Started yesterday only had 2 tablets 1 in the morning and 1 at dinner.Was 79kg,Today 78.6kg.Today i had 2 in the morning 1 UC as well.
The verdict is still out there!!
Will keep you posted.

furious BY THE WAY, I DID NOT USE THE ULTRA COLON CLEANSE. WHAT IS THE SUGGESTED DOSAGE FOR IT? ONCE OR TWICE A DAY AND WHEN ARE YOU TAKING IT? furious
