Hey guys started taking my acai slim on wednesday has been 5 days now and no weight loss. Wednesday i was 50 kg and now stil 50 kg . Taking it three times a day eating not much at all. exercising 40 min a day and havent been to the toilet anymore than usual . Ideas anyone??
@ livingdead: i wonder why too. maybe your body is on the adjustment stage. i also remember one user who used acai slim for 1 week but no effect. then the next day, when she weighed, she lost 500 kg instant. just wait for a few days. you will eventually lose weight. your routine is good. continue taking it thrice a day. or you can increase it to 4 times a day and continue exercising. good luck.
Thanks marga . I will continue to do that it does make me less hungry but after i take the tablets i feel nauseated aswell but yeah will have to see how it goes. My routine is the same this is what iv had
Wed - brekkie - high fibre cereal Lunch - museli bar Dinner - vegies and chicken
Thurs - brekkie- piece of toast Lunch- mandarin Dinner - no dinner
Livingdead, you only weight 50kg which is less than me, i weight 54kg needs to reduce to 50kg, smaller waist & flat belly- my target, I take 4 tablets in day with 2 colon cleanser, average i will reduce about 1kg per week, if I have not eat too much. with you dialy eating, you need to switch to no sugar or sweetener instead, and three meals in a day to keep you healthy, ( it looks like you skip lunch, which is no good,) to me, I take 3 meals in a day and with more veg & fruit 1 serve of meat in a day, and a cup of milk in the morning - less carbonhydrate, which made you fat, try to do exercise to burn fat, and resistance exercises to tone up. ps. you only need to measure how many portion you are eating,
@ livingdead: your diet is fine with me. but steplam is correct, do not skip meals. anyway, if you are taking acai slim, you won't eat that much. because the pill suppresses your appetite.

I also didnt lose any weight in the first week but three weeks down and 2 kilos gone and i havent done any exersise yet i am a big girl though so i need to lose alot of weight to reach my goal so stick with it...

Hi, I have been using acai for 8 days now, I lost 2kg in the first 3 days and weighed myself on day 8 and have put it back on plus a little more, anyone know why this would happen? frustrated :(
I went to consultancy of personal trainer yesterday, she told me that a normal person have to do exercise of 45 mins to burn your energy from your muscle, then after 45 min is going to burn fat, if you want to burn fat you need to do exercise more thant 45 mins, may be add to walk slow & fast, slow & fast on treadmill for 15 mins to burn fat after 45 mins session, try to do it three times in a week, and the other two days just walking to recovery your muscle & energy, I think this will work, I am planning to do this,
by the way, just be patient with you Acaislim, I think it works, just only take time, I also put back a bit of weight, but is not growing bigger, it is controllable, and Ultra cleanser it works as well, as before, my body has a lot of gas, and sometime it comes out to made me embralous, now I can be more control of this situation, and also have better digestion, I won't have heart burn during I am eating- this causes by toxin in my body.
Try doing what Steplam has suggested. Her suggestion came from a professional who have studied and knows more than we all do. Anyway, exercise is not just to help us lose weight, it is also good for our body.

I am not doing to much exercise as I am finding it hard to find the time, I am running around after 2 young boys all day :) I have cut out so many bad foods and drinks in my diet, so I am hoping acaislim will start to take effect soon. fingers crossed. :)
You need to have more snacks (healthy ones) during the day as it keeps your metabolism going. Your probably conserving energy because your not eating frequently during the day. Try and have a Mid Morning, Mid Afternoon snack. =D More if you can spread out during the day ^-^^

Lol no worries, think of your body/metabolism as wood on a fire, if its isn't topped up the flame slowly dies out. If its always topped up its keeps burning away. =)
If you don't eat regularly, your body will go into starvation mode and it will actually store the fat. I find that if I don't eat 5 small regular portions my weight will increase considerably as my metabolism slows right down.
