I ordered my Acaislim over the weekend - so I'm waiting on it to arrive.
I'd ideally like to lose 5kgs - more would be fantastic, but 5kgs will get me to my goal weight.
Just wondering if anyone who has had success with using Acaislim - can you tell me what you would typically eat day to day?
Currently I'm having oats for brekkie, yogurt for morning tea, a tuna sandwich or spinach omelette for lunch, nuts if I want a snack in the afternoon, and salad with chicken or steak for dinner. How does this sound?
I run three mornings a week, and have also added a boxing session one morning a week.
Hoping Acaislim will help me achieve my goal - and quickly!!
@ richelle: there are a lot of users in this forum that have proven weight loss because of acai slim. fortunately, i am one of them. it's a good sign that you do exercise and keep track of what you eat. when you'll take acai slim, it will make you feel full even if you ate a little only. so you won't feel hungry always. also, the capsule burns away fat on the food you ate. so whether you eat a little or a lot, it still works. but of course, it is suggested that you follow certain balanced diet.which will be provided by the company.
