I am really really happy! I have already lost 9 kilograms in 1 month of using Acai Slim. I can now stop using it. My goal is to lose 8 kilos only but Acai Slim reduced 1 kg bonus. hehe!

Hello and thank you, guys. No really secret. Just doing my regular cardio, eating balanced diet. Of course, no sweets and fatty food. I also did "after 6". I do not eat anything once the clock ticks at 6 o'clock in the evening. They said our metabolism is slow in the evening. So I believe, the more you eat in the evening, the more you gain weight.

I have already stopped takng the products. I am not sure if I'll gain weight while not taking it. But I will update you. If ever I gain weight, I can always go back to acai slim. I still have 1 bottle. Lol!

Shar, yes you can do it! :) I exercise but not that much. Just the usual cardio, like every other day. No sweets, rice, junk foods, basically unhealthy food. good luck!

Congratulations!

I only started today - I have a goal of 5 kilos and would love to achieve it as soon as possible!

What's your advice? What was a typical day for you - food, exercise & acai slim wise??

I took 2 acai slim and 2 UCC. One in the morning before breakkie, and another before dinner. I take my dinner before 6pm. I make sure that I do not eat after 6pm. that's my "after 6" program that i got from a friend.they said our metabolism is slow after 6pm because we usually do not do anything after work, usually just rest, right? that's why the metabolism slows down. i only eat veggies and fruits. i seldom eat processed food like bacon, hotdogs, etc. no cookies, chips, sweets, chocolates, desserts, soda. no rice too.i also only eat baked potato, no salt too. this will prevent the food i eat from having a taste. thus, it will also prevent me from eating too much..hehe. who would want to eat somethig that doesnt taste anything, right? i had no changes with water intake. i also decreased my water intake. but not too much decrease. still, we need water in our body of course. too much water(especially cold) increases the risk of having a big belly.besides, i am hyper acidic so i need warm water, no cold water at all. i'll share you the exercise i followed. but i only followed it every other day. here's the site: http://exercise.about.com/od/cardioworkouts/ss/cardioexercises.htm. My favorite is the Squat Thrust. It's kinda easy but all your body parts move. I haven't weighed myself today. i will weigh myself on the weekend. wish me luck, i hope i did not gain weight...

@Angela: congratz!!!

What a wonderful result. Do you feel any dizzy or uncomfortable feeling ?

I read many posts about detoxifying and it seems like they go through sort of things as suddenly they intake very little amount of food. I do not want to do that :(. I want something more relaxed (means I still can eat my daily foods), but I am willing to adjust what I take in.

Littlepig: I did notice I felt a little light headed for the first few days.... But I am fine now! Maybe because I was eating A LOT less food than I normally would, and not drinking enough water... KEEP DRINKING LOTSA WATER! ;]

I weighed in this morning and surprise! I did not gain weight!!! Really really really happy! Answered prayers! :)

I'm planning to eat normal, no control, no choosing of food, etc. and we'll see if I gain weight next week. Will keep you posted. Wish me luck.

if you "Eat after 6pm" your metablism is slower i think. I think this means more of you dinner is stored as fat? Im not sure, sucks though cause my hubby and I never eat til he gets home and the kids are in bed (the kids a fed seperate to us at about 5pm when he's still at work...) Its nice too cause we get to eat together and in peace... But it isnt til about 7 even sometimes 8pm! Atleast eating dinner late we dont have time for desert! hehe

I did a google search on the subject and this is the most helpful answer I think, hope it helps:)



As long as your calorie intake doesn't exceed your target for the day and as long as you're eating regularly throughout the day then it doesn't matter what time you eat.   The 'no food after 6pm' can help people who have got fat by eating a lot of junk in front of the TV in the evening.  But otherwise there's nothing magic about it.

I have started taking my pills today, I will be sooo happy just to loose 10 kgs. Caught the husband having a facebook affair. Maybe its because I put on weight. Hate her and hate the bastard, have to show him.

@ angela: not sure if you have already read my post wherein i told my story about my ex-boyfriend. well, if not, i will share it to you. i had a boyfriend who left me because i was fat. he gave me an ultimatum that if i don't lose weight he will leave me. of course, i loved him so i did everything to lose weight...really everything! but to no avail. he still left me because i did not hit his target. he's like adolf hitler on his strictness!haha!

anyway, since he left me, i nearly had a nervous breakdown. i was really in love with him and it was really painful when he left me. it's so sad when people base their love on physical attributes rather than the innerself.well, it was a slap on my face that he did not really loved me all the time.because if he did, he would have accepted me, right?

after crying for days, i found myself being awakened that i don't need to give him even a single tear because he doesn't deserved any tear.that's when i did research and found acai slim.i tried it and voila! after 4 months, i lost almost 50kgs! when he saw me, he was really drooling! haha! my friend could see him..caught in the act of looking at me. but oh well, he can kiss my a** for all i care..i am over him!lol.

i am telling you this to make you feel better that you don't deserve to be treated like that by your husband.. so go ahead and lose that 10kgs..it would be a slap in his face for being infidel! and to hell with that the other woman! we're here to support you..always remember that. :)

Guys will give you any excuse to dump you. A large percentage of men are just arseholes. I have been told there are some nice ones out there but I just got sick to death of being treated like **** so I decided to go solo. I haven't been in a relationship since 1999 and I couldn't be happier.

Hi guys thanks for all your support. When I confronted him and told him I am walking he started begging of me. I will stay only till I have lost all my weight. I used to be a model at one time and now with the kids and being a stay at home mum I havent been able to pay much attention to myself. I will work hard to get back to my former self and I will give him the boot. Cant wait.

I would say take a months worth and weigh every week if you see no change I think its not for you...however if your anything like me I have alot more energy on this stuff

YES I exercise. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week. and I walk everywhere.

Its actually "that time of the month" for me at the moment, do you think it has something to do with it?

Possibly Shar, I think it's just because you don't have much weight to lose!  I have the same issue! If you are going to the gym, you should be doing lots of cardio and making sure your heart rate is pumping! smile.gif Do lots of intervals with the running/sprinting/walking with minimal breaks! You'll find you will be toning! Give it 6 weeks, and I guarantee you, that you'll be amazed with the results!!! smile.gif

Hey shar, I am in the same boat as you and I am working out alot at the gym following a program my bossy personal trainer wrote up for me....I weighed in this morning a day early and I lost 300grams....I need to lose no more than 5kg so 300grams is a really great result

Here I was thinking I'll be happy just to lose 5 or so kilos and get back into the 80's ... I did the body weight chart on the helpful links page of the Acai home page and it tells me I should be 54.4 kilos !! I'd look like a skeleton LOL.  Maybe once I get the tablets I'll revise my thinking and maybe go for 10 kilo loss, that should work !
