Ok so i came down with glandular fever about a month ago and now my glands have come up again and am feeling a bit run down. So my question is should i stop this while i have GF??? Thing is i know GF takes months to get over and i can not afford to not diet no

Sorry to hear that. It would be better for you to consult your doctor. This is something serious and I can't advise you the best(either to take it or not). I'm afraid I might be liable. I hope you get well soon.
