Well I got my product within 1 business week.. Buuut I cannot find consistent feedback..

There are certain people on her seem to post on everyones topics saying how amazing its been for them and makes me wonder the same thing - they must be promoters..

Another thing I noticed is a lot of people are saying unless you have a lot of weight to lose then you wont actually lose much.

So 15 kg's or more and people seem to be saying it worked wonderfully for them (I am in this category so have my fingers crossed).

Where are you based.. Im about 20kg's from melbourne metro - so Im wondering if you are just not in an easy deliverable area or something??

Also another lady said her package was stolen because a month after she ordered them the empty packet was left in her letterbox..

so maybe check with aus post :)

Jumped on the scales last night and had a 0.4kg loss..

Not sure if it was just luck or heading towards a great start! But fingers crossed I keep this up :)

posting about losing weight doesn;t mean advertising the product. this forum is for all of us acai users and those who want to try it. some lost weight, some did not. but in my case, i lost 9 kilos in 1 month. i was hesitant at first thinkng this is just another scam. i received mine after 7 days from ordering it and i live in Perth. i don;t think someone is trying to sell the product because if they do, then they would not allow negative feedbacks.this is for all of us who wants to learn and share experiences.

am not advertising the product. i would just like to share how happy i am that i lost weight.

No of course posting about losing weight doesnt mean its advertising. But some of the posts on here look very fake - since Ive been in sales my whole life and although I am not dodgy myself - I have worked with a lot of dodgy people..

And they would allow negativity so that it looks real.

And Cat - I have so far lost about 1.6kg's! So off to a good start! was 1.4 on the first day - and then the second was only 0.2 - so will see how I go over the next week and let you know.

I hope yours gets delivered soon!!

I seem to be having the sqame problem as everyone else. Have ordered my pills over 2 weeks ago now and still haven't received them. Have tried calling but keeps going to a message bank asking to leave your details and they never return your calls. I have also emailed them and not had a response...Is this a scam???

I orded my second batch 3 weeks ago and got them monday and i bassed in tassie.

Sad to hear that, but I received mine after 1 week only. Your order must have had a little problem.

In my case, I received the products after 1 week... I coudln't remember the exact day but more than 1 week and lesser than 2 weeks. so i wish you guys good luck to all those who haven't received theirs yet. Don't worry, it will come soon.

Okay, I am really worried, I got an email on the 29/09/10 saying they have dispatched a replacement order with tracking, however they did not give me an order number.

Now it has been 40 days wait for my order.

PayPal only allows 45 days to dispute a transaction, I want to believe this new order will arrive, however, if I wait to much longer to log a dispute, I might end up with nothing.

I want to beleive in the company, and they have indeed sent me a new order, but if it doesn't arrive in the next few days, what should I do?

@cat and belle: i can feel your sentiments. but i would suggest you to wait. that's the least you can do i guess.my friend just ordered a few days ago and i will keep you posted once she receives it. i hope she also receives it in a few days only like I did.
