OK, so i have been using acaislim for one week. I cant take the colon clease because I am breastfeeding and i dont particulary want to change diretic nappies, as u can imagine.
I started on 2 tablets a day and in the past few days increased to 4. Morning, lunch, dinner and before bed.
I think the hardest thing for myself is not neccissarily being hungry but breaking the habbit of eating and not relying on the acaislim to do everything whilst u dnt change ur lifestyle. I actually had to go buy scales cause i did not own any.lol.
I did not have any weightloss for the first 5 days (i think that might be that adjustment stage a lot of u have been talking about). But I weighed myself yesterday and lost 0.5kg and weighed myself again today and lost ANOTHER 0.5kg so a total of 1kg in 2 days! And i have a lot more energy.
It seems like its important to eat healthy however, my indulgance is coke as I dont drink coffee n i am a single mum with a teething and sik bub.
My exercise is a short walk everyday or just playing with bub. I used to go to see a personal trainer however, the last few weeks bub has been sik so I couldnt go but am starting back up on monday again.
I just wanted to post my story so far as I didnt think it was a scam but nearly stopped taking acaislim because i didnt think it was working but my message is to keep taking it!
It might just take a little bit of time and experimentation to find out how your body best responds to the tablets.
I'm going to be away for the first week and a half that I'm on the tablets, so I won't be able to see if I've lost any weight until I get back home.
I think not being able to weigh myself for 11 days will be good, as if it takes my body time to adjust like you say, then I won't get upset that it's not working immediately.
