Weighed in this morning at 73.4 not impressed but hoping to be lighter this time next week. I plan to lose at least 10kgs by the beginning of December for a wedding. Fingers crossed.
500g a DAY AJ - that's fantastic! Almost through week 2 and I've barely managed 500g all week! How many tablets are you taking and when? How much are you exercising and what are you eating??? I SOOOO need to emulate those kinda results!
i am fortunate that naturally i have never been overweight (until i got pregnant of course).
i have an acaislim before breaky,before lunch, before dinner and right before i go to bed
for breakfast i have (1 poached egg on multigrain toast with a little bit of tomato sauce)
then i have lunch which varies, for me i found it best when the main portion of my meal was protien but yesterday i had home made meatballs and a handful of pasta
then dinner, a small meal with protien the size of the palm and mixed veggies (again the size of my palm).
if i get hungry between breakfast and lunch i eat 5 jatz with light cheese. I dnt refuse myself any foods. i just cut downt the portion. when i was pregnant i loved ice cream so i have a table spoon of ice cream if i crave it before lunch so im more likely to burn it off before i go to sleep.
As for exercise my 6mth old keeps me on my toes but i must admit i only really exercise once a week for 30mins and then i go on walks everysecond day (seriously mabe a 10min walk).
I hope this helps you, I have been taking Acaislim for almost 5 weeks I lost 2kg in the first week then put them back on the following week, I then upped my intake to 4 acaislim a day and 4 colon clense a day, at breaky time and lunch as when I took them at night I had trouble getting to sleep, I have now lost 4.5kg and I can't beleive it, I was almost about to chuck it all in as I thought them same it wasn't going to work for me, so hang in there and maybe up your dose, I also havn'e been excersising much but I did cut alot of things out of my diet which I should not have been eating anyway. Goodluck and hang in there abit longer. Gyger. :)
I told myself I was only going to weigh myself once a week but couldn't resist a peek this morning and I've lost 700gms probably fluid but feels good anyway.

@ aj and gyger: that is so nice of you to help each other out. i was away for a couple of days and missed some of the posts. glad it's working for you now.
Today is my 10th day on the program. I have lost 900gm. The scales have been going up and down all week but thankfully I have ended up with a loss. Will try to do more exercise next week and drink more water and see if that makes any difference in my losses (and not gains I hope).
