Hi all, I have lost 2.1kg this week. I started last Saturday.
I unfotunately have done very little exercise this week due to other things going on but I am happy.
Meals are very small as I am finding I am almost too full to eat at all - I find that if I do try to eat too much that is when I feel bloated and sorry for myself. Drinking 2L a day is my minimum even before AS, usually getting closer to 3L a day (water bottle constantly being filled at work).
Not that I am overly comfortable talking about toilet issues, lets just say I am visiting more frequently but nothing horrible (for those that might've asked).
I will track my progress on the whiteboard on my profile if anyone is interested - At the moment it is weekly :o)
good stuff mate - a loss is still a loss - and if youre like me - its bloody brilliant to go down so much in such a short time!!
Keep it up - and keep posting as well as your whiteboard for those that havent figured out this site properley yet (i.e. me - going to now go and figure out what the hell a whiteboard is on here lol)
