Difficulty sleeping

Hi everyone,
I've been taking Accaislim and the colon cleanse for about 3 weeks now and have lost about 4kg.  I'm also doing the Tony Ferguson diet at the same time, thinking that would help things along.  I definitely think the A/S is giving me energy and curbing my appetite but I increased the dose from 2 of each in the morning to 2 of each morning and night after reading some of the posts on here.  I'm now finding it a bit difficult to sleep and am wondering if anyone else is having this problem?  Feeling pretty happy though that it's definitely made it easier to stick to my diet........wooo hoooo!!aww

YOUR HAVING PROBLEMS SLEEPING BECAUSE YOUR BODY IS CRAVING THE GOODNESS THAT REAL FOOD OFFERS...EVERYBODY KNOWS YOU SLEEP BETTER ON A FULL STOMACH THATS WHY PEOPLE WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO HAVE THE AGE OLD MIDNIGHT SNACK...HOPE THIS HELPS.

I agree with the Jenny Craig.  It is to date the best diet I have been on which was many years ago but it is now tooooo expensive.

Hi Ness34. I actually tried Tony Ferguson cook book last year but I had no luck. And I couldn't fins some ingredients in the market so I had little menu on them which made me sick as time went by. It made me more hungry because I crave for something new. With Acai Slim, it makes me less hungry which was good me. I wish you good luck in using both. I think the combination is a good idea instead of using Tony alone.

I agree. Jenny Craig is so expensive. I think Jenny's and Tony's are the same. I bet I would feel more hungry once I get used with the food they offer.
