This is unbelievable I got an email saying that sometimes if a person isn't home they take it to the post office. I rang the local post office and guess what it's not there.
In my experience when there is a parcel for you at the post office or if someone tries to deliver something and your not home they leave you a note or you get notification from the Post Office.

I just got the same email Belle, sounds like a standard one that they are sending out! I order quite a lot online so I am very aware of what happens when I am not home when a parcel is delivered, my postie or courier driver leaves a card and I can collect it that afternoon.
I am also tired of people posting on this forum saying that I must have put the wrong address on my order. I know my address and I did not input in wrong!!!
Wonder if I can request a refund directly from Paypal? Might try that next cos this is getting very old.
I got the same email on Sunday also. I went down to my PO yesterday and it wasn't there. When I got home from work today there was a slip from the post office stating I had a parcel. I will get my parents to pick it up while I'm at work tomorrow. I'm praying that my order has FINALLY arrived!!!! I will let you know. Only took 23 days to arrive........
I actually got to speak to a person from acaislim today and he told me that it was taking a long time because of customs. Apparently they open and inspect every package nowadays. He said that I should get it this week, does that sound familiar?
Anyway, I guess I'll just have to keep on waiting and hopefully not put on any weight. God I'll probably start loosing weight from all the stress of having to wait for my order to arrive.

It took me just over 8 weeks to recieve mine and this wad after numerous emails and paypal dispute then they sent me an email apologizing suing this sometimes happens and that they would send it registered to keep track of it and after 4 weeks of that email it showed up very annoying n frustrating I tell you gggrrrrrr
i guess they are aware and some orders may have had a little delay. that's why they sent that email. customs suck! glad i did not experience this. i ordered mine last May 2010 and received it in less than a week. my friend ordered also ordered just a few days ago and i will keep you posted anytime she receives it.
I wonder why it's taking too long on some. I got mine after 6 days. Have been using it in 3 days and lost a total of 800 grams. I hope this progress will be continuous.

I got that same message as well!, I have spoken to John from Acaislim and he said it should be here. its been well over a month that I havent received mine! and if it doesnt work I will be fuming to wait all this time and get no results!!
I'm just going to keep waiting and hope it turns up. Not much else we can do really. I heard about a new "wonder drug" on Today Tonight I think it's called Svelte. If I don't get acai slim I think I might check it out.

Good luck guys! I have decided to order again last Sep. 27 since the first order was already consumed. Lost 10kg with that. I want more weight loss. Received the package last Monday.
I have been using a product similar to Svelte, called Green Coffee 800, I was using it with my Acai, haven't lost much weight, it goes up and down, but considering what I've been eating and drinking lately I'm not surprised. I should keep reading the forum though as it's giving me inspiration to eat less and drink less (alcohol that is), I only want to lose about 5 kilo and see the 80's again (although it was a good decade, it would be nice to see my weight there as well !) Still waiting on my second order of Acai like most of you, hopefully it will turn up soon.

LOL no! I couldn't do that even if thats all I had... I hate cellery! ... although you know eating cellery actually burns calories!!! So if you can, snack on cellery... will be great for your diet!
oh wow thats a good idea i wil try celery too. i wil add it on my diet. i wil rily try harder, although i lse 2kg in 1 week already. big thanks to acai, i shud b happy bec 2kg is stil a big lose.
