HAVE NOT LOST ANYTHING

My husband & I are both using this.  Neither of us have lost any weight over the last 3 or more weeks.  I actually find I am really hungry? and of course an eating more.  Is there something vital that we are not doing? Because at present we are feeling this has been a scam. Any tips please

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that! I did read that diet and exercise is still really important. Are you following any particular diet? Everyone on the forum is very helpful and friendly! Welcome! I wish you all the best for your weight loss!!!

I'm sorry to hear this too... Do you drink lots of water? I find that I am drinking upwards of 2L per day since taking the tablets (will be 3 weeks this Friday) and by drinking a lot of water when taking the tablets I am less hungry.

I agree with Kayla too, it's definitely important to change your lifestyle in terms of eating and exercise. I'm eating smaller portions and less carbs (hard to get used to!) and exercising for a minimum of 30 mins every day.

I took the A/S and C/C for a month changing nothing in my diet or exercise and LOST NO WEIGHT... I think its still very important to diet and exercise to lose weight.
I am waiting on my 2nd order to arrive and will be trying very hard with a very strict diet and exercise where possible! =)

@ thefish: sorry to hear that dear, but i agree with them, you need to have exercise and regular/balanced diet. i lost almost 50kg in 4 months. you both need perseverance, discipline and believe in yourselves.

I have been on it for 8 days now and I feel and look the same and no weight loss. A scam, just like a suspected. I fell for the promises on the website. I'm so mad at myself for being so gullible!

Christine, Not to assume you aren't... but are you dieting and exercising as well???
I am not on A/S or C/C now as my order still hasn't shown up) but I am doing it alone and actually getting somewhere.... First order I did no special diet or exessive exercise and also got no where... I think when my order does show up and I can occompany the pill WITH diet and exercise I may do even better.

I agree that it's important to change your diet and do a bit of exercise however, I'm pretty sure I read that you didn't have to do anything that it turned you into a fat burning machine. Something like that anyway. So I can understand people getting annoyed when it doesn't work.

I honestly cannot imagine anything magical doing nothing...1 we tend to think that we have a bit more free reign really when we think something will do more than it does and 2 I think that exercise and diet speed up the metabolism more so working with the pill it will be optimised

i just want to ask if you acompany your acai with a good diet and exercise? because you cannot just take acai alone..
how do you take your acai?

I find that I'm eating less since I started taking them...so when I'm full I just throw out whatever I don't eat.

I've always loved to exercise my down fall is food, so this is working for me.

Yes I'm sure I read somewhere on the site that no need to exercise or diet. I tried that first and thats why I posted my progress, hoping people would learn from me... not wait their money hoping for a miracle like I did...!!!

I eat a fairly well balanced diet, lots of fruit and veg. I am not overweight as such, I just want to be on the lower end of my bmi. I only want to lose around 5kg. Maybe that is why I'm not seeing fast results? I guess I fell for the promise of losing so much weight in a short amount of time and didn't read the small print. I'm going to persevere though, I'm not giving up!!!
