Hey everyone!

New Member! Finally got my shipment today after waiting 3 weeks. . .
I open the package and haven't received the exercise plan and the diet program that said you will receive in the F.A.Q's which helps you achieve the best results. . .
Was I the only one who didn't receive theses? cry
How do I get in contact to get these forwarded to me asap?

Hi The Murray Cod,

I sent an email today to find out if I could gain that before i received my order, I got a email back saying that it comes in the pack :(! I would send them an email and let them know you haven't received it and they might just email one over to you!!! smile.gif

WOW it definitely seems to me that they are a little slack with a few things! Hopefully they'll sort it all out with our next orders!!! smile.gif

Oh that is quite shocking. . . I just sent them an email now, hope to hear back very soon! Want to be able to achieve the best results from get go!
ChunkyBums maybe you should send them an email too telling them you didn't receive one in the beginning and if they can do anything to help you. . .

when i heard of it but didnt get mine either i emailed them and they emailed me the diet and exercise plan the next day :)

the diet plan is not included.. you have to email them using the contact page.. i just emailed them.

hi guys! been absent in this forum for almost a week. had a vacation that's why. anyway, the diet plan is not included in the package. you will need to email and ask for the plan. they will then reply with the plan attached to the email.

well, here's the plan i received before.not sure if they have already changed the plan but here's what i got when i was still using the products.

i'll attach them as JPEG. the forum is not accepting PDF attachments.
