Last night I had spaghetti bolonaise for dinner and only at half. It wasn't a conscience decision or anything I just found that I couldn't fit anymore food in so I threw the left overs in the bin just in case I got the urge to eat them later.

Yes very much so, it's a great appetite suppressant. I can't understand it when some people say it's not working for them. They must just keep eating even after they are full.

Yeah I think even though I exercise like a machine lol I do do alot in that department...I have to improve more in my diet. I do eat very much healthy I just have too much of it lol
well done belle, see i think to myself I need to cut back on what I am eating then I go have a hard workout and the instructor tells me make sure you have heaps to eat you just worked out really really hard lol what to do. I will weigh myself on wednesday as it will be a week since i started and see what the results are if any
yeah which is what I do and he said have alot of protein which i do also lol I just think I have too much on my plate of both of those mainly stacks of veggies

hey marga have you tried the weight watchers icecream? The berry mudslide is to die for!!! VERY LOW in FAT and CALORIES...all of their icecreams are great!!
yeah you can post links but if i type weight watchers and then weigh****chers without the space see what it does it doesnt like it on a weight loss site a bit of competition i guess lmfao...You can get the icecreams at all supermarkets...they have cookies and cream too :) they have chocolate sundae and caramel sundae regular chocolate choc strawberry and the list goes on they have quite a few of them :)
Just so you guys know I only had one snickers treat size (god they're small) and a couple of teaspoons of milo straight out of the tin. I didn't eat any bread yesterday either, which is a bloody miracle.

thats great belle...nothing wrong with what you did have either....bread was very hard for me to give up...well i have it very rarely now but it was hard I replaced it with multigrain salada's for my lunch and have oats for breakfast
So nice to be able to share my carb addiction with other people out there! It is sooo hard sometimes (way too easy to have a snack of honey on toast after work!) to not eat bread or biscuits but we're here to urge each other to keep doing the right things!
I personally don't think a couple of blocks of chocolate a day is bad for us at all. I find that it helps to take the edge off those sugar cravings, particularly because there is a 'help yourself' cookie jar in our office kitchen!!!

@ belle: oh milo!!! i drink that eversince i was a kid. i sometimes drink alternate. milo or milk for breakfast.i like it hot and put oats in it. try it, it's a to-go drink and food in one. lol. i still believe milk and milo are not weight gainers rather a calcium and energy boosters, right? hope your cat is just fine.
