This is so frustrating. I ordered on 22nd Sep 2010 and still haven't received it. I received my first order in a week and this second order has taken so long. Its almost 5 weeks now. This is so frustrating and ridiculous. They have charged me $200 for something on my card which I haven't received. I sent an email to the support team and this is the response I received from them.
RESPONSE I am terribly sorry for this. We have recently moved to a new shipping company and it has caused some issues that we are trying to iron out. We moved to a new tracking service that we hoped would satisfy our customers, but the service has not been as good as promised. We were trying to provide a better service and unfortunately the company we have partnered with has been slow off the mark and shipments have been delayed. I do apologise for this, but your order was sent and is on its way and should reach you shortly.

I even called 1300 769 619 and spoke to John and he told me there is a delay with customs and some crap and he has lodged an enquiry with the despatch team and someone will get back to me. This was on FRiday 15/10/2010 and no response from anyone. I am worried that I will not receive my order and it is lost in transit. Damn annoying. I am thinking of calling John again and asking him to refund my money. I am going overseas in 3 weeks and what if I don't receive my order by then.
Hang in there windy, Chunkybum got hers yesterday (or the day before, I have the memory span of a goldfish at the moment), she ordered hers on the 19th so I'm positive mine will be here this week, I ordered mine on the 21st so you are not far behind.

Thanks pixi and dinkidi.....I called John twice today and left a message and even mentioned my overseas trip but he hasn't bothered to call back. Well yeah I ordered mine on the 22nd of Sep and am hoping will receive it by tomm or end of this week latest.
I really hope I get it before I leave.......Otherwise don't know what to do.......

I too, ordered on the 22 Sept. and as of yet have not received my order either. Just this very second spoke to John, who also told me he would send dispatch, In Arizona, an email and they would get back to me within 24 hours. Not really very helpful. I also got the exact same email about the change of shipping company bla bla bla.... but at this stage am not very happy with the delay. Hope this product is very good, and worth the wait.
mine came after 3 weeks direct from Arizona (not good enough). We have all been getting the same emails I think they are just a crap company, won't order thru them again.
That is so not fair, only 10 days ! Went to the Post Office after I read that hoping that there was a package for me, there was a parcel card so trying not to be too excited I went in to collect it, it wasn't what I was waiting for

yeah the problem is its not first in best dressed with this company which is also causing some to become more upset..I think they seriously need to take a look at this in the very near future..customers wont be so upset if they one issue orders in order of purchase and two state that delivery times vary and could be from 1 week to 5weeks on the odd occassion more lol
Maybe hey could stop all of this frustrating waiting by being honest and saying on the website or confirmation of order that delivery may vary from the "promise" of 7-10 business days etc. If you tell thetruth people will not get upset. Honesty always the best oplicy. And then when they were aware that there was going to be a delay then let the customers know. It's not rocket science people, it's customer service.

i agree with you saxon.. but i think this kind of problem just happen lately.. i received my acai after 7 days of ordering it.. maybe their is just a little problem and im sure they are doing something to solve this problem and never do it again, bec honestly speaking i dont what this sucks happen to me..
It is not a little problem, it's a HUGE problem! People fork out money for these products and there is no excuse for making customers wait for sooo long. They should not state on their website "7 to 10 working days" as in the majority of cases, that isn't so!
I have lost so much faith in this company that I'm even starting to think that those of you that post "have patience, mine came in 10 days" etc etc, are just employees of the company. And those that state big weight loss are also scamming us.
I have been taking the tablets for 2 weeks now, have been really good with what I eat and have had absolutely no change.
I have emailed them to ask for a refund. Ripped off.

Lol! then am i an employee? but i don't even get paid... just kidding. I am not an employee Christine. I really received my products in 10 days. I don't know what's special but this is an assurance (maybe?) that the products will come. i started a while ago. felt full and went to loo after lunch. not sure if it was the products' effects but either way, it's a good start. i hope you see positive results soon christine. i need to lose 5kg before christmas holidays. need to work hard for it. only got 2 months to go.
