i take 2 tablets of acai and 2 tablets of c/c each day.. have a good diet ang exercise..

I can't believe they don't send instructions, but 4 is max of each per day! I'm going to start with the 4 each day and see how I go for the first week!

they are supposed to send the plan with your order...well so it says on the web site it mentions in your pack you will get .... just another lapse in service this time round I would say. I really think they have been inundated with orders and just cant handle it so are making excuses and forgetting things in orders

for the bloated feeling, your body may be in the adjustment stage. so you need to drink heaps of water plus do exercise.

leemebee, sorry to say but this forum is about acai slim. never tried what you said to me about acaiberry ultra trim. as you have said in my whiteboard, it only has 600mg. acai slim has 1200mg. so that's a biggie difference. anyway, i would still suggest the things that acai slim users here have suggested you. drink heaps of water, exercise and eat fiber-enriched diet. good luck! :)

ok guys just for the record acai slim only has 600mg per capsule its 1200mg per serving and a servng is 2 capsules...it says so on the bottle...I think acai slim use this as a selling point

The first package worked well for me. I gotta lose another 5 kgs even if its like that. Or else I'll cry hard…lol! Will take 4 to increase weight loss. I only have 2 months.
