I got down to 85 kilos last Feb after an operation and I've put it all back on and them some. I can't believe how quickly I put on weight it's unbelievable.

i had some watermelon cantelope and honey dew for breakfast...I dont normally eat much if anything when on days off for breakfast...but am starving when working go figure
That makes sense I am always hungry when I work. I just have sips of water or if I'm desperate I'll have a cup of tea. I have been having fruit for lunch.

breakfast for me is usually oats or cereals. it's always like that. i remember one time i couldn't take oats and cereals inside my mouth anymore.and just thinking of it makes me puke.but after thinking of people not being able to eat breakfast because of poverty, and here i am served with a healthy breakfast, i felt blessed and just ate what i need to eat to lose weight.
On the science channel on foxtel, they actually found it to be more beneficial than coffee, as the saying goes an apple a day keeps the dr's away and they actually said it's true
give it a try, I've never been a coffee drinker, I had health issues that prevented me from drinking caffeine drinks, and yes I've eaten apples for breakfast for a year now and it does give you a pick me up
I like Royal Gala's they are crunchy and sweet. I love my fruit and vegies, not much into processed food, I've tried a apple and cranberry crunchy oats and I add goigi berries. Yummmmmmm
I prefer liquid because I had an operation in 2009 where my oesophagus was damaged due to a hernia and I was getting really bad acid reflux because my sphincter wasn't closing properly. I had the top part of my stomach (fundus) wrapped around my oesophagus and the wrap was to tight so now I have trouble eating certain foods so it's easier to just drink liquids.

Thanks guys...just so you know I still take my dog for a walk everyday for exercise it's just that it hurts. I told the Dr that I wasn't going to stop exercising any time soon but the pain was starting to drive me insane. So we decided on the injections.

I love working with animals....the place I was at today is run by volunteers and we're just getting to the stage where we have enough volunteers. So I can now go and spend a bit of one on one time with the dogs that really need it. There are some really lovely dogs there looking for homes:)

wow belle you have done awesome well done!! when you post your results can you put the old ones beside the new one coz I am scrollin trying to compare and struggling half asleep lol
@ pixi: oh then i am correct. i was just asking you in another thread if i was correct about you losing 500 grams in total. well, i can see i still have good memory and mathematical capabilities..lol
@ belle: wow! wow! wow! awesome job! it doesn't matter if you use weigh scales or measuring yourself as long as you see good results. but i think measuring yourself will give you more positive outcome.
oh thats a good idea belle and pixi.. i also have a lot of them and just stock in our cabinet.. the reason why i want too lose some weight so that i can wear them again.. i really gain weight since i got pregnant..
I found a dress I haven't worn since my Navy days (10yrs ago) and it is a size 12 (was I ever really that skinny)! I'm going to follow suit and use that as my guide. Considering I am a size 18-20 and sometimes a 22 (depending on where I shop) it is a BIG goal but one I am very determined to achieve. Good luck - stay positive and be positive always.
@ jo: you should also follow balanced diet. when i was with acai slim, i avoided fatty foods, no processed foods, no fast foods, no soda, no sweets/desserts, no junk foods like cookies and chips, etc.
i am not sure about your statement you are losing weight but not in cm's. are you losing weight lesser than cm's? Goal: 36-24-36 with AcaiSlim
