I am still waiting. I have called JOhn a few times and initially he returned a couple of calls and told me to wait a few more days and there is some problems with customs. After that I told him that I still haven't received my order and he said he will lodge an enquiry with the despatch team who will email me the tracking information. Noone has sent me any tracking information uptill now. I just received an email saying that my order was sent with a tracking number and they will email me the info. Does it take two to three days to send a tracking number. (All this info is suppoed to be on the system).
I called up John again and this time I had to be firm with him and left a message saying that I want a refund and I think this is all a scam and I will report to the media. Honestly I am so frustrated. I have paid $199.80 and my card was debited the same day and still haven't received my order. He obviously did not bother to return my call. I don't think anyone cares.....
I have sent an email to the Support team notifying them of my overseas trip and I really need to know whats happening with my order but really they don't seem to care. I have lost my money and I am getting stressed and frustrated about this which I really did not need at this stage. I mean you pay for something and then you do not get it on time. WHAT DO I DO...........
PLEASE HELP....I have even calld up my post office to find out if they have received it but they haven't. They told me to get the tracking number but how do I get it.

oh my god...thats horrible!! I'm sorry I have no info for you, I only just ordered and paid my $200 a couple of days ago, so I'm apparently still in for what you are going through!! The other ladies on the forum don't seem to think it's a scam though and they have all received their packages (well they must have because there is a lot of talk on how many to take etc.) maybe there has been some kind of a mix up with the mailing address or something!! Who is this John fellow you've been talking to? Is he in charge of the Australian division? Good luck...
It's not a scam, just a hold up on the products. I had to wait four weeks for mine but I got them in the end. They should change their website to read up to "four weeks" delivery not the 7-10 days or whatever it is.
Most of the people on this forum (myself included) are getting results from taking acai so just be patient and you'll get the product soon.

I just received an email from FEDEX this morning saying my products SHOULD be shipped from the US warehouse today! I've been waiting 4 weeks for my stuff already and by the time I look at receiving it it'll 6-8 weeks of waiting and frustration! I'm none too pleased and i certainly don't need the frustration and crap at the moment either (more bad news from the Doc - BUT ANYWAY)!
One can only be patient (says she who is ready to hit something)!!!!
I too got the fedex email saying that it has been send on 21st Oct. Obviously had so many complaints that they got fedex to send a template email just like AcaiSlim do.

hello all. i was able to talk to John and i let him hear you out guys. i said i am an oldie in this forum and have lost almost 50 kilos with acai slim in 4 months. i told him about the delivery problems and he said they have had some major issues with shipping as they switched to a new shipping company which has done a terrible job. many of the packages got delayed for a long time and they are trying to fix this asap. he is also worried about this as it has caused his business some issues. so i think the fedex thing is their solution.
with the loss that i had, i can assure you guys it is NOT a scam. they just had a little problem on the shipping and he assured me that they are fixing this. when they were on their previous shipping company, all have received the products on time. i also told him they should not have changed the shipping company and should go back to what it was before. hope this helps.
