I received my 1st order this morning! Yay. My partner & i moved interstate 3 months ago. I used 2 work in the shearing sheds which is a really physical job. Although i was always a big girl, shed work kept me fit and my weight was managable. We found out just after moving that i was pregnant but sadly i miscarried. 3 months of staying at home and hormonal eating has left me at my heaviest weight 2 date. 81kgs. I recently started taking hour long walks morning & night & also watching the foods i eat but have not seen any results. I am sooo excited about Acai Slim!!!! Any tips?
oh i am sorry to hear about your circumstances misskrys.....and I agree today is a new beginning for you.
I can say safely that you need to help the acai pill along with some exercise and a good diet...and you will see results...for some its instant and for others it takes a while.
Some see most of their loss in measurements...so its a good idea to take all your measurements before hand so you have something to compare
I also think its important to post them here!
For 2 reasons...1 your more accountable and are more likely to have this accountability help you along the way...2 and most importantly you will get feedback and plenty of encouragement at whatever results you have and that to me is key to helping you get the fab sexy body you want :)
Like you I just started today and all I can offer you is - YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Everyone on this site is so supportive and such lovely people. Advice will be coming at you left right and centre and it's great!
Keep your chin up and stay positive and the weight will just melt off! Good luck hon!
I do a lot of exercise as well and have come to the conclusion that muscle must weigh more than fat......I weigh 96 kilos and everyone tells me I don't look that fat. So keep up the exercise and watch what you eat (I know it's hard) and with your acai slim you should start seeing results.

Hi misskrys welcome to the forum. I have found the forum to be very supportive of everyone and their particular circumstances. I have not even got my pills yet and feel part of a very nice friendship with my new online friends.
Good luck, keep your chin up and smile.

Thank u every1 4 ur words of support. Still havent found my measuring tape but im excited 2 see how i really do measure up & which areas i need 2 work on most. So far im taking 1 of each twice a day. Have pee'd more in the last 2 days than ever b4 lol! I definately agree that muscle weighs more than fat, therefore im more concerned about my size rather than weight. Saxon, i know how hard it is waiting on the arrival of ur package but keep ur spirits up & let us know how u get on also.
from the way things go, i think tape measures give us more positive results than weighing scales. especially people who go to gym. Goal: 36-24-36 with AcaiSlim

misskrys...how are the measurements going?? i think maybe look at how long you've been taking them, how many a day are you taking, your diet and exercise for the day, it's the little things that count...maybe your body adjusting still, i'm still newish to this but i'm sure one of the other ladies can give you good advice...but keep your head up and don't give up on it between all of us we'll work it out and be able to help you
