No I didn't eat a lot yesterday that's why I thought it was weird that I was feeling so fat. Anyway I weighed myself this morning and I've lost another half kilo since Sunday so I must of just been suffering from stomach bloat.
and thanks chunky dunk, I would put a photo of myself on here but my daughter has a really bad habit of moving things and deleting things and I don't know where she's put them.
I have a lot of photos of dogs though, I get them off the Peninsula Animal Aid website.

I love dogs......very big dog person here! I have a little chihuahua x who thinks he is a great dane. Well he has the attitude of one, little bugger!

I'm too scared to get on the scales as this is only my 3rd day of being on acaislim. I don't want to be a weight watcher...so to speak. I've got to find my willpower and only weigh myself once a week.
One thing I have noticed though.....my tummy has shrunk! I guess I'm not holding fluid as much any more?????
Wow...I still can't believe it - 1/2kg since Sunday. That is so awesome!
I gained weight ladies :(...not sure why...wont try to explain it even though I have already tried....I was 53.3kg then lost and was 53kg then lost again in the same week 52.8kg and since sunday I have gained and am now 53.7kg!! not sure how that works but anyway lol
Aww Pixi sorry to hear about your dip in the road, don't worry no road only goes down hill, there are bumps along the way, you can do it, stay focussed.

unfortunately no chunkydunks same scales I have been using since the start..it could be that I havent used the loo properly for a few days and I do weight sessions at the gym but I just dont know lol I cant think about it anymore or it will do my head in lmfao...I think I am going to go out and get me some puree lol
Good idea.....don't think about it!! You do weight sessions? Well there's your answer right there! Muscle weighs more. The loo thing could also be a big factor too.
Maybe it's those colon cleanse tablets or whatever they are I've read a couple of posts where people are having trouble in the loo department. I'm only taking the acai slim tablets because I thought having colon cleanse probably wouldn't be the best thing to take when you have ibs.

@ pixi: sorry about the weight gain. here's a little tip. try to weigh in the morning after you loo or before breakfast. that is the most accurate to measure. also you can try measuring your body. since you are doing the gym, muscles tend to be heavier. Goal: 36-24-36 with AcaiSlim

belle I have decided to weigh myself everyday and document it...I have a feeling that it depends on the day you weigh yourself as to how much you are likely to lose or gain...my work pants feel looser but apparently on my weigh in day I gained weight 400grams on my starting weight and gained 900grams on my weight in that week alone so I think it will make a difference.
I am noting date, time and weight the time is important for me as I work shift work many different shifts.
Because I work shift work I eat my meals at different times of the day and when say I am on my last day off I eat a meal at a normal time and the next morning if I wake say at 4.30am my meal hasnt had the chance to digest really so I will definitely weigh more in this case
I find myself hoping on the scales every couple of days just to make sure I haven't put on any weight (which I haven't) but I'm only going to record my weight once a week.

the difference seem to be alot for me day to day...someone was saying it depends how much salt you have had on a particular day if you had alot next day you will weigh more that definitely makes sense in my situation...depends what i eat how much salt i have..particular meals no added salt like yesterday I had salad pumpkin and chicken as my main meal I dont add salt after its cooked whereas the day before lots of salt on my main and lunch meal...I normally eat lots of salt trying to cut back lol
