My suggestion is DON'T buy scales, buy a measuring tape. Reason being is as we loose weight and excercise our muscles burn the fat and we may actually not loose as much weight as we think but if you measure yourself in the areas that worry you, you will see the weight melt away rather than weighing yourself and worrying about not reducing the weight.
Robbie is probably right but I LOVE to jump on the scales!! You don't need to spend a lot of money on digital scales. They are everywhere, BIG W, K Mart, Target or even try ebay.
