I've been writing everything down and recording how many kilojoules I've had and find it's the best way to lose weight. Although it is a bit time consuming but it works for me.

@ belle: are you using what Chunkybums shared before? it was a great thread right? i suggest people to use it too. here's the link for those who need help to know how many kjs to take.
I did do that one Marga but I was only allowed 4000kj and I can't survive on that much. I try and have between 6000kj and 6500kj and I exercise every day.

I already calculate how many kilojoules I have. I have been gradually cutting back. Yesterday I only had about 5300 kj and went for an hours walk and weighed myself this morning and no weight loss.
I know when I went on a diet after I gave birth to Natasha (14 years ago) it took a good two months b4 the weight started to shift. So I'm not doing to badly.

I'm writing everything and recording kjs.....I think that's the only way I can lose weight. I am being really good since I started doing it but I am going to have a little splurge on Wednesday....at least I think I am

I use a program called calorie king diet and exercise manager. Does all the adding of calories for me, and I can add my own foods and stuff just by entering the information on the nutrition table.
I am thinking about getting a lap top. I'm just not sure which one to get. My daughter would probably claim it...but at least I'd be able to use the computor whenever I feel like it.
