I write down everything I eat and record the kj content for the day then deduct the amount of kjs burned off by exercise.
I think I'm eating approximately half of what I used to eat and I am very determined.
You have to have the right mind set to lose weight.
I work in an office with a lot of young girls who look like models and I am very aware of my appearance since I started working there. So I really have the incentive to lose the weight.

Been on it for a month now..no weight loss... i work in a very manual handelling environment..shovelling, lifting etc. i was taking 4 AC in the morn and 2 CC.
i took a break from it..i have another bottle left..so i guess i shall start up again and see if it'll work 2nd time round...
@ alemarki and mellow: have you tried measuring yourselves? from the posts of other users, we have found out it would be better to measure yourself with a tape measure rather than weighing scales. it would give you better results. muscle weighs heavier than fat. people who go to gym found this a better way to see positive progress. I have tried AC for the last 7 weeks and have had no change to my weight or measurements. I eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. For me, it has not worked at all. I may as well have been taking sugar tablets. Biggest waste of time and money for me.
You've lost NO weight.. That doesn't sound right, maybe you should go and see the Dr and tell him/her about it. There may be something wrong with your thyroid or something like that.

Well I know when I first started using it I wasn't getting any results either. I contacted them to get some advice and they sent me a very lengthy email explaining the best way to use it. i was taking one in the morning and one at night initially but I wasn't taking it with a full glass of water before my meals. they advised me that it was very important to have the tablets with a full glass of water right before eating (actually I think they said 5 minutes before). Anyway, once I started doing that I found the weight coming off pretty rapidly. I don't know why or how or whatever, or even if it was taking it with water before eating but it did seem to work much better when taking the water before meals. I would definitely give that a try. Take the tablet with a glass of water right before brekky and dinner.
I also think the advice of Belle of getting your thyroid checked out is definitely sound advice also. if you've got an underactive thyroid you could eat nothing and still put weight on. A friends aunty had that issue and its an easy fix cos you can just get medication for it if you have that problem
@christine: is that true? don't scare me.... i can feel acai is starting to show off it's good effects on me.
@LoveMe: thanks for the tip. helped a lot. is it safe to take 3 tabs per day? i am only taking 2, cos that's what my friend told me.. i don't get hungry but i still eat small amount

@christine75: i lost 6.6kg in 5 weeks. Im doing a good diet and at the same time exercse heaps. i also agree with loveme that you have to take water before meals that will help too.

@christine: give it another shot. there might be something wrong for you not to see the result in 7 weeks.. but i suggest, go and try it again. a lot has already given their testimonials to acai
