Thank you so much for all your words of wisdom and your experiences with Acai Slim and Colon Cleanse. It's been really great and uplifting to read your success stories.

I wish everyone the best of luck!

I am currently 60kgs and I am apparently 30% body fat, and my BMI is in the over weight range. I bought acai slim on the 20th October and I received it today (2nd Nov) so I was happy to receive it!

Took 2 today of the acai slim this morning, and took 2 cc tonight.

I'm looking forward to hopefully reporting wonderful results!

I am also keeping track of calories with Calorie King Nutrition and Exercise Manager (one of the best programs to track your calorie intake, I love it).

One question, my orders got messed up so I only ended up with one bottle of CC - Acai Slim works without it, doesn't it? I mean I suppose you boost the results taking both together, but if I run out before Acai Slim Australia fix my order up, then I want to know I'm still going to hopefully get results without having to stop until I receive the other two CC bottles.

Hi sunflower, it does work by itself I believe, there are people on here due to bowel issues that don't take the CC and seem to be getting results.  Best of luck to you.

@ sunflower: acai slim works alone for some. others get positive results in using both. i used both as and cc and received positive results.so i guess it's different depending how your body reacts to it.

belle, for example, does not use cc but receives good results.
khloekobe, used cc and got good results too.

so i would say it's different on each body. you may try it and we'll see by then if it works on you.

I only use a/s sunflower and it's working for me. I put my second order in on the 20th October and still haven't received it and I'm just about out of my first bottle.no

Hey thanks for the feedback guys.

Yeah Belle, I hope you receive it soon! I ended up emailing and calling until they heard me, they are a pretty good company, they answered quite quickly, and I think they have fedex'ed their mistake to me! So that's pretty cool!

I hope you're bottle lasts until you receive your next lot!

I'm going to give it a month, if I haven't lost any substantial weight, then I am going to request a refund. :/ So I pray it works!

It does work sunflower but you have to be careful with what you eat. Some people think they can just take the tablet and their weight will magically disappear but it doesn't work that way.

So use the acai slim in conjuction with diet and exercise and you will see results.

i agree with you belle.. if you really want to loose weight you should be determined and do everything (sacrifice a lot) .. :)

You don't have to sacrifice to much food just opt for a healthier alternative. Like at the moment I am into apples in a big way....biggrin

I see what you mean :( Today I woke up and weighed myself and it said 59 / 60 again.

I'm so disappointed.

Not like I've eaten complete junk. I mean I had some chinese thing last night for dinner, it was a bun with chicken, and another with mushroom. Suppose I should have left it at one. Or just had a salad.

I also suppose I should be exercising too.

But I'm so unmotivated because I can't sleep properly, plus I got a lot of work to do right now.

Once I run out of sugar for my morning coffee's (which I know is bad to start with) I won't be buying anymore, which means I won't drink coffee at all. Can't stand it without sugar.

So then I will only buy salads and tuna and tofu and vegetables.

Hopefully that will help.

Going to cut bread out of my diet too. I admit yesterday I had 2 sandwiches, and some toast with my eggs. :/

I also think that I will switch the way I take the tablets.

I was taking 2 AS in the morning, then 2 AS before bed and 2 CC.

So I think now I will take 1 CC with 1 AS at breakfast.

Then 1 AS at lunch

1 AS at dinner

and 1 AS and 1 CC at bed time.

Might help.

And I'll also try to exercise a bit too.

I've started taking three a day b4 meals it seems to work for me. I also eat most of my food in the morning.

I'm taking 2 A/s at breakfast (if I don't forget to have breakfast like this morning coz I wasn't hungry and was going to have it when I got to work then forgot again !!)

2 Acai (one that can't be named) and 2 C/c at lunch time

2 A/s at dinner time

don't think I really need to take the middle Acai but if mentally it makes me feel better for doing it then I guess that's ok

I have a little treat everyday. Today I had 40gm of chocolate bullets, yes I even weighed them. 


Anyway, I am off to clean the bathtub. As I am at home at the moment I think I should probably do some housework instead of sitting at the computor all day. I'm turning into my daughter. lol

When my daughter was a baby I used to take her on really, really long walks. I even had a fan club. A couple of pensioners used cheer me on every morning, they were really impressed with the amount of area I covered.

@belle: you weighed the choc you took? oh-some! haha.

i also have a fan club.. people who supports me with my so-called diet.. been dieting for years now....and they told me, i never made it! LOL

and i didn't know that acai is one of the best solutions. . i used to starve myself.. with acai, i wanted to eat but my tummy says NO.

Thank you, I stopped taking them for a few days. While I'm not eating that great because it seems like a waste. I'm going to finish the rest of the bottle with a healthy diet from this Thursday. And pray I lose some weight - but so far I feel blah about them, because I don't see any change. I'm also sick of trying to find things to eat that are healthy, so this week I'm going to buy a bunch of VLCD shakes and take those with the acai slims. Then just eat something like salad for dinner.

I'll post back here when I start taking them and eating a better diet.

Thank you :) I'm going to try and take them again soon after I get some VLCD's. I think I'll have more luck if I stick to a diet like that too. I thought I was making progress to begin with as I thought I'd lost 1.8kgs in the first 3 days, but I knew it was probably just fluctuation. Cuz some mornings I wake up that much lighter.

So I really need to try again with the VLCD's, and salads for dinner and hope I get somewhere.

Thanks again, I'll update my progress again after Thursday.

@sunflower: i lost another 1kg this week.. my total lost for 6 weeks is 9.5kg.. acai works for me at the same time i do watch for what i eat and have exercise heaps.. in that simple way acai really works.. To tell you honestly dieting is my career today.. LOL.. im really determined to lose weight.. Don't give up sunflower.. keep going.. Maybe for now your body is still adgusting..

GOT MY 2ND ORDER TODAY.. YAY.. got it after 8 days.. :)

@sunflower: i agree with khloekobe! maybe your body is in its adjusting stage right now. i almost lost 5.3kg in 4 weeks/1 month. just wait a little more time to see fantastic results. good luck sunflower.

the girls are right sunflower... everyones body is different and reacts to the AS differently but consistency helps with these pills from what i can gather by reading through the forum and all the girls postings. Keep going sunflower you can do it... "healthy mind + healthy spirit = healthy body and great results".
Belle... VLCD is a very low calorie diet (milk shake drink things you mix with water) that you buy from the chemists and super markets now too i think... i did try them but i failed, i was good for 2days but then i started to slack off and eat and snack because i thought i was hungry, i don't think i was ready to be serious about the weight loss, but now on the AS i am ready!! and with the help of this forum i'll do it!! LOL sounds easy and even writing it is easy, we'll see how i go LOL so far so good...

I thought that's what you meant. I had a hernia operation last year and I had to go on a diet b4 the op and my Dr put me on Optislim (I think) for two weeks b4 the op. because he wanted me to lose weight.

Wow you girls are so wonderful! thank you so much for all the encouragement and support! i am going to start taking them again today, and yes I think the VLCD's will help me too, because I just make not so good choices when it comes to eating, and I am lazy! I mean I hate thinking about what to eat, and it just gets old. I know I will have to start making right choices soon. And I will. Money being short makes it hard to eat properly. I always seem to give up in the first or second week whenI don't see results, especially since everyone on the forum seems to have lost a few kilos by the end of the week and such.

I think it's just better eating choices, and i need to start doing some exercise!

I will get there!

Thanks again for the support and encouragement! and I'm so proud of all of you for losing as much as you have! well done!

I don't have a lot of money either and I'm managing to eat a (mostly) healthy diet. It is actually cheaper being on a diet because I'm not eating as much as I usually do.

Just walk into a fruit and veg shop and buy some lettuce, tomatoe, avocado for salad and then you could get some fruit and then some capsicum, broccoli, zucchini, squash that sort of thing for a stir fry.

wow im a vegetarian now and i love vegetable salads.. that's my dinner.. then if hungry i just eat celery.. celery helps burn calories.. :)

apples are the same Gunabe, it takes more energy to digest them than what calories is in them ...... not sure if that made sense but anyway !

I have a friend that puts peanut butter on celery too, can't say I like either so can't imagine both together being too nice, but maybe one day I'll try it then I can say one way or the other.

Peanut butter is fattening because of the peanut element. I think chilly philly is less fattening.

khloekobe thanks for the advice it's great, I went to the local fruit and vege and got celery & apples (top of the list) lettuce avocado capsicum beans zucchini brocoli and carrots...stir frys and salads coming up LOL and i cut the celery and apples up into a little bowl coz i'm lazy LOL and i'm eating them while i'm doing this, it's actually not bad, i'll skip the peanut butter to dinkidi LOL

i eat what i want to.. in moderation.. i don't starve myself, i don't deprive myself of chocs. hahaha/// i admit, everyday is cheat day for me.. but since i am taking acai, i don't eat much. my tummy always says NO. hahahhabiggrinbiggrinbiggrin and because i always drink water, i never felt so full and bloated. i believe, acai is working for me..
