I haven't got that far yet Belle, I used to ages ago before I found Acai, lay on the carpet with my legs bent up on the bed and reach with my hands as far as comfortable in a straight line with my leg and also reaching across with one had over to my opposite knee, it worked out better for my back with the legs up, it was something I was taught when I went to gym and they made me do it on a ball, but I could feel it working

I think I might start doing stomach crunches. I also go walking every day which used to help burn the tummy fat but it doesn't seem to work anymore. Maybe it's just being middle aged.

No I don't have enough money to pay for Pilates and my dog needs to be taken for a walk every day and it's costs nothing. I was just looking for some exercises that I could do at home.

@ belle: yes, i did crunches and situps when i was with acai slim. my main problem before was my stomach. there was even a time when they thought i was pregnant. darn them! lol. anyway, so what i did when i was with acai slim, i did 50-70 situps every morning.another tip i can give you is by standing up for 30 minutes after eating your lunch or dinner. sitting down after eating your meal makes your tummy bulge. Goal: 36-24-36 with AcaiSlim
from bed-- lie down and have your thighs stretched flat on the wall.. it's like you're on a 90 degrees position. upper body on the bed, lower body on the wall.. do it for like 15-20mins everyday. that will help too, i guess.
LOL....LOL.... hey Belle if it's that easy to get rid of my hanging around stomach I'll sit there all damn day LOL... but more seriously hotbabe do you just sit like that??? I'd probably fall asleep and wake up in some weird position that I couldn't get out of LOL
