hi im new here. i just received my products today. i will start taking them tomorrow. any advice on how can i take them? should i start taking 2 or 3 tablets each day?

i want to loose 15-18kg before my birthday. my birthday is on april.
i gain so much weight because of pregnancy. i had 2 daughters . (cathy 3yrs old and carla 1yr old)
im having a hard time to lose this unwanted fats from pregnancy.
i hope acaislim will help me.

hi there hotmama!
welcome to the forum.. i think start taking them 2 each tablets first then if after 1 week if you didn't lose anything that's the best time to increase your dose to 3 tablets each day.. i also gain weight during and after pregnancy that's why i decided to take acaislim, and happy to say it really works for me.. so far i have lost 8.5kg in 5weeks.. my target weight lose is 40 kg.. :) another advice is have a good diet and exercise heaps.. goodluck on your journey..you should have the discipline, perseverance and determination in everything you do..  keep us always posted hotmama.. :)

thank you for your advice khloekobe. maybe i will start with 2 tablets first. i will start tomorrow. i will let you know how i go with acai, i'll keep you posted. my weight now is 78kg. i really want to go back to 60kg. thanks again.

Hi hotmama.. I am new at this to i have been taking AS and CC for 4days now and don't feel hungry at all like a lot of the other products used to make me feel.. good luck with your weight loss and you will find that the ladies in this forum are really nice and friendly and really help you out with any question you might have

Oh my long lost daughter where have you been? LOL! I didn't weigh yet because this is just my 2nd day of using acai. So far so good, don't have any bad pains (that's a positive) still feel good hopefully this will stay all throughout my acai journey. A good thing i notice is I went to loo this morning, which is good because i have problems with my bowel movement. Maybe because of colon cleanse? As i have read other threads colon cleanse can regulate going to loo.

i also got the same result with c/c it really regulates my bowel movement, i do regularly go to loo.. thats a good thing.. :)

@ hotmama: khloekobe is correct. take two of each tablet a day then if you want to increase more weight loss, increase it up to 3 then 4. maximum is four according to the email.

@marga: I start taking them 2 tablets each day first I will see if it works for me in that way.

I'm happy with the results of acai for me. This is my 4th day using the product and I felt really different I am feeling extremely light. Before by night time my stomach is all bloated but last night i felt really light. Another thing is i feel like I have more energy now. Do you feel the same way guys?

I'm excited to weigh myself and see results, I just can't wait to lose all my unwanted weight. LOL!smile

Way to go hot mama!!! I am also happy chappy because today is my 27th day and I just weighed in and saw that I have lost a total of 3.2 kgs!!! Plus, it's TGIF today so yeah am really happy!!!!

hi there depressed. Welcome to the forum. smile I lost 10.2kg on my first batch of using a/s, i used it for 2 months. Then I order again for my 2nd batch because I gain weight (that's because everyday was like a party for our family) lol! I lost 5.3kg for my 2nd batch and used it for 4 weeks. Now i only take 1 tab per day to maintain my weight because I don't want to gain weight again. LOL! Im hoping you'll get your products soon. Since when did you order your products?

@depressed: welcome to the forum! Im also a mom, I just gave birth to my son, he is 8 months old now.. I gain a lot of weight during and after pregnancy, so now I want ti get back to my old figure.. LOL! I weigh 97kg now(sucks) and I want to lose around 40kg.. Im on my 8th week now and I already lost 9.6kg.. It's a good sign that acai is really working for me.. :)

Finally Im infront of you (computer) lol! I had a busy day with hubby and our two lovely daughters.smile Im so excited to weigh and finally I weighed myself and the scale gave me 700grams. Oh common thanks to you I'm still happy even though it is just 700grams, as everyone said a lost is still a lost. Good job for me. YAY!smilesmile

Hi all! I have been using A/S and C/C for almost 3 weeks now and I already lost 1.6kgbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin I just weighed today and I lost 1kg! I'm really wrapt.biggrinbiggrinbiggrin Total lost for 3 weeks is 2.6kg. biggrinbiggrinbiggrin
