OPINIONS WANTED !! How long before eating do you take the AS pills ??

smilesmile Hi guys... Can you please tell me how long before eating do you take the AS pills??  I have noticed that I am varying the times (because i forget, oopsnono) sometimes I take them about 20mins before eating (while i'm making the cereal or whateversmilesmile) and then sometimes it's only about 5mins before because I have taken a bite of the sandwich, run upstairs and got the AS pill, drank it down with water, then finished eating because I really want the sandwich biggrinbiggrin LOL

I often forget too but mostly I take it about 5 minutes before. I read that 5 mins was right but can't remember if it was on the website, the bottle or the forum. Its working for me this way.

I take mine b4 meals. If it's an appetite suppressant it makes sense.

Well I don't want to turn this into some sort of a competition but I've lost 300gm since last Friday.

I just took my first a/s for the day right b4 I ate. I've been busy all morning so I decided to skip breakfast. Buddy (my dog) and I are now having some yummy cheese and chive scones.

I've only been taking mine for 8days just before meals but must admit that with the hussle and bussle of cooking tea and getting kids sorted a couple of times I didn't remember until I started eating lol!!! I'm actually not sure if they really would suppress your appetite if you take them right before dinner as it would take time for you body to absorb them but I think if you have the recommended 250mls of water with them I read somewhere that in itself will subsequently cause you to eat less and fill up quicker???? I think about 10 15 mins would be best but that just a guess-i say as long as it working for you keep doing what your doing lol!!!!

I found when I ran out of my last order, that even though I hadn't taken any for a couple of weeks, my appetite was still not back to it's normal raging self, so I think you get a build up of the Acai in your system

I've started drinking "white tea" it is full of antioxidants and there is something else I take but I can't say on this forum.

It is ok to drink something else while on acai? It might not work if I will drink something else.

@dinkidi: it is because acai helped you get used to eating not that much... so even without acai, your body can't take too much food. biggrin this is also one thing that i am very much grateful of acai, it helped me lose my appetite and still feel healthysmile
