hi saxon...i don't think you are supposed to take any more than 4...i'm pretty sure i read somewhere 4 is the absolute max...smilesmile

I'm planning to take 4 each day if and only if I'm not loosing weight with 3 each day. smile

@ saxon: haven't tried it because the customer support said the maximum is four times a day only. i don't think it would be a good idea to take more than 4.
