Does anyone have a cool wieght gragh they use in excel or another program that I can download?? I would really like to start a gragh so I can see my achievements.
I was hoping someone here had done one, but otherwise I may do one later. We will figure something out! LOL
I reckon at least you can keep it private on your computer if you like or you can print it out as an insperational tool once you have lost a bit to see your achievements!
katz i just found a thread from awhile ago it has a calculation thing in it to determine how many calories you should eat, it was quite interesting, i gave it a go and found out something interesting, i eat too much LOL it's under the title 'find out how many calories .......' i think it was by chunkybums and it was an old one from like 4pages ago on the front page of the forum, i'd copy and paste it but not sure how to do it LOL
bahahahaaa LOL Belle Yep Im serious! I Like a solid thing to look at and say wow I did that and also I can then see when I have a slow down on the chart work out over time when I naturally wont loose wieght etc because Ive been bad or have periods or been sick etc. Just helps me in the long run to see how my body works, Anal I know!! LOL

Actually I was just being a **** stirrer, I'm like that. I write down everything I eat and then deduct the amount of calories I burn through exercise. I did this after I had my daughter (14 years ago) and that's how I lost all my baby weight.
I have found that salt is a big one for putting on weight. I ate a small packet of chips late one night and when I weighed myself the next morning I'd put on weight. It's got something to do with salt causing water retention and we all know how heavy water is

I'm hoping to get to the stage where I don't have to do it anymore. I'm only doing it because it's how I lost weight after I had my daughter so I thought I'd try it again with the A/S to see how I'd go.

i have a co-worker who lost HIS weight big time. i will ask him how he calculates his food intake. but one thing i know, he used a/s and is taking 300 steps every 3 hours in the office. he does it twice in our shift.
It's not ****ing rocket science. The kilojoule amount is on the packaging and if not you can google it and find out. Then write it down add it up and you've got your daily kj intake.
I also deduct the amount of exercise I do which is usually 45 minutes a day off my kilojoules because you burn off kilojoules from exercise.

@ hotmama and hotbabe...i should just write the hot family LOL i learnt something today and teaching me Belle is #@$%$#@ rocket science and neuro physics LOL i found out that 1calorie is equal to 4.2kj...Yay for me i'm clever LOL but that's not all girls LOL i also learnt how to get my BMI you divide your current weight by your height twice, sounded a bit wacko aye eg. if you weight 75kg and are 1.69 metres tall then you do 75kgs = 75 = BMI 26.26 -------------- ----------- 1.69 x 1.69 2.856
apparently women should be between 19-25 and guys between 20-26

walking 300 steps is not so much time consuming.. we have a very big site and he can just walk around checking on other teams.. he's a quality assurance specialist by the way in a customer service center. so instead of communicating just by emails and chat, he approaches each person he needs to communicate with.
