I don't know where to post my progress.. LOl! anyway.. This is my 7th week.. i weighed myself this morning and I only got a number of 100grams :( OMG why? what went wrong? Maybe because I have been bad this week! I had 3 cheat days! lol! I promise myslf to be good this coming week.. Cross fingers! I don't want to eat anymore.. :( IM REALLY BAD!
LOL khloekobe you said you didn't know why but then you put you had 3 cheat days LOL i think you know why khloe...but hey lifes too short to have celery cake every day of the week sometimes we splurge and have real cake, you'll be fine you can work it off this week like you said...LOL keep your spirits high khloe the damage can be undone...and if you had 3 cheat days with the result of 100gms it's really not that bad :) it could have been a lot worse than that !! LOL

I had a very rich cup cake last Saturday. We had our Open Day at Peninsula Animal Aid and the lady that was running the cake stall had way to many cakes so some ended up in the kitchen.
I have to say it was very rich to the point that I couldn't eat all of it or I would have been sick. So I'm obviously getting used to not eating sugary things.

yep belle im on something.. im on LOSING WEIGHT! i've been doing all my best to reach my goal. but i think im just so lazy to do exercise which is why my result is not as fast as the others. but i'm fine with that.
Yes it is a good idea, but it is hard to not hop on the scale every day. I'm copying the Biggest Loser format where they have "last chance training" b4 the weigh in. lol

I go walking with my dog and I also get a good work out on Saturdays at the Animal Shelter that I work at.
Myself and one of the other ladies that work there let the dogs out of isolation and let them run around and sometimes I run with them just to make sure they don't get out. I also do a lot of walking with the dogs. I think it would be about a five hour work out to be honest, it is a lot of work looking after 60 dogs.
Then on Sunday I did a 70 minute walk with Buddy we go to The Kangaroo Point Cliffs on Sunday to do our big walk.
Then the rest of the week we do 45 minutes.

WOW You are a total machine BELLE-I wish I could get my ass into gear and do the workout thing more often!!! I've tried to start walking again but the rain up here gets in the way-I've got an exercise bike and an ab circle pro and wii fit plus (yeah I know I'm awesome at buying all this equipment lol) but it just gets so hot here that even the thought of working out makes me break out into a sweat bwah ha!!!
Love the BIGGEST LOSER last chance training idea maybe we should turn it into a competition too for an extra motivator??? LMAO
I wish I can do that but no one will take care of my baby if i will do a lot of walking. Maybe a 30 minute walk with him every morning will do? What you think?
Yeah KHLOEKOBE I think anything is better than nothing!!! A few months ago I started walking daily with my 2year old in the pram and it started to really make a difference not so much in weight loss but I noticed my body starting to tone up and lose inches especially my legs I really got into it for a while but it started to get hotter and rainy which my girls didn't like and the other girls I was walking with weren't coming as often so it kinda just faded out!! I'm trying to get back into it again even and I figure even if its just a half hour beach walk with my dog by myself when my partner gets home I'm sure will make a difference!!!!
I will start tomorrrow.. Cross fingers the weather will be good tomorrow.. LOL! I have a lot of things to do at home so I can't do it everyday.. I'm all around at home a mother, a wife, a nanny of my son and so on.. LOL!
hi khloekobe...the girls are right walking with your little one is great exercise and keeps your mind active as well...and you know being a mother, wife, nanny is a very important job, not only that you are also a dr (when they sick) a psychiatrist (when they have a problem) a lawyer (when they can't work something out i'm sure you can) my gosh khloekobe stay at home mums are one of the most important people in the world, although i do think well under paid LOL good luck with the exercise, anything is good, even vacumming and washing the car or playing with your little one is helping with the calorie burning :) good luck you're doing great so far :)

I'm not being a bitch but you're just making excuses...sorry. I live in Brisvegas and it is raining a lot here these days and I have a umbrella for me and Buddy (he hates the rain) has a rain coat. We also have hot weather here but I still exercise. So stop making up excuses and just go out and do it. A little bit of sweat never hurt anyone.

KhloeKobe, I used to walk everyday with my baby (although that was over 16 years ago !!) She was born in Feb and summer in Bendigo was hot hot hot (just like I'm planning on being again one day !) sometimes it did rain obviously but I felt just by walking around the block it was only 20 minutes but we both got out in the fresh air and I felt better for doing it.

When I was walking yesterday I saw all these people going kayaking on Brisbane River and thought that would be a fun way to exercise. It's $49 for kayaking and you get brunch as well. Although Buddy would get jealous because he wouldn't be able to come with us.

@KHLOEKOBE...Awesome work with the weightloss keep it up!!!! I'm in the same boat at home with little ones but I've just started saying to my partner when he gets home in the arvo watch the kids for half an hour cos I need to do this for me and don't give him a choice LOL which is so not me but stuff him I'm taking control HA HA!! @BELLE....Thanx for the kick up the butt and riding my ass in a non bitchy way LOL I totally agree with you I am being a lazy bum and need to just do it and stop making excuses which I have become really good at!!! I am pleased to tell you that I have started walking again and I'm going to try to walk everyday cos my dog DIESEL loves it too-but if it is pissing down,I dont mind a sprinkle it's refreshing, but when its bucketing like today I will make sure I get on the exercise bike or wii and do something!!!!
@KHLOEKOBE....Your hubby sounds like a total sweetheart you are so lucky LOL I really have to harrass mine to get anywhere lol he just so lazy when he comes home from work I'm lucky to get him off the couch and he so doesn't get that even tho I don't work I still need a break and rest too sometimes from the mental and physical stress of motherhood lol!!! So maybe you should use half hour of that rest for a regular walk unless you really need the rest lol?
Lol.. Hubby is really a total sweetheart.. He is my MAN.. LOL! He understand that eventhough I am not working I still need to have a break.. LOl! I'm all around at home I do everything like a wife, a mother, a nanny, a maid and so on.. Whew! I use my one hour for a really rest mode then the other hour for cleaning the bottles of our baby, washing the dishes and Cooking for our dinner.. LOl! But sometimes I just stayed in front of a computer posting and reading some comments in the forum.. LOL.. :)

I started acai slim & c/c on Tues the 16th Nov & have lost 3kg in 6 days, and I've been really bad too! I've lost a kilo since yesterday, my first day being healthy! I'm amazed! My skin is better & I'm full of beans!
