Well thought i may as well post my progress, i started wednesday morning and i have lost 1kg already, i wasnt planning on weighing myself till next wed but i couldnt help myself. I told my husband about my acaislim and now he started this morning, i am going to try and hold out til next wednesday to weigh myself again, maybe i should pack my scales into a box (were moving into our new house next week) that way i wont be tempted, ive found im not eating as much however im not watching wot i eat, drinking plenty of water with the odd can of coke here n there, as for exercise well i play basketball once a week but other than housework, packing n running around after 3 kids its not a bad effort
great mels33, 1kg in 2 days is really yay for you.. :) I'm also like that at first i can't resist to weigh.. LOL! But then I really feel frustrated if I am not seeing lost evrytime I weigh so i decided to just weigh myself once a week.. I let hubby put the weighing scale at the roof top, and ask him to get after a week.. LOL!

I lost a kilo after two weeks, but my measurement is oh-so great! Hahaha. Keep us posted with your progress Mels33. But you got me super jealous there! Good luck to hubby!
