hey girls and boys.... had a horrible break up with the ex 2 years together and 2 weeeks later he is already seeing some one else... im 92kg recently started jenny craig 2 weeks ago and lost 5.6kgs so i have droped to 86.4kg. i need to boost it up so if i mix jenny craig and these diet pills do you guys think i can loose 25kgs in 3 months??? xx yasii
Hi yasmina... welcome to the forum...sorry to hear about the breakup but too bad for him he's the one missing out...anyway on a more positive note congrats on the weight loss with JC that's excellent...AS & CC are fantastic and surely can help you with your weight loss journey...i suppose them together would certainly speed the process and add in exercise and you are the bionic woman LOL the ladies here in the forum will certainly be able to give you the advice you need...so keep posting good luck to you !!

I agree with GUNNABE and think for sure taking the Acai will boost your weight loss add in exercise and you'll be an unstoppable weightloss machine!! I too am relatively new here and have just started losing weight with Acai all the crew here are great and very supportive so good luck!!!
Welcome to the forum yasmina.. :) Your x got a wrong move for breaking up with you.. Marga lost 50 kg in 4 months of using A/S and C/C (if im not mistaken) so I think if you are really motivated and determined you can also do it.. :)

guess what guys.... i have lost 8.4 kilos in 3 weeks.... awesome. at the end of this week im pretty sure it will be more then 10 kilos in one month.... only 20 kilos to go....

yea jenny craig and flat baster. but my weigh in is not till monday. i jumped on the scales and it says i have lost 11 kilos.... but thats just my scales.... ill fill you in on monday...

@ yasmina: we have somewhat the same story. my x boyfriend left me too, but because i was fat and no third party involved. at the end of the line, i am glad he broke my heart because that was a big slap on my face to wake up. at first, my determination to lose weight is to make him regret what he did to me. but then i realized, i should do it for myself and not for revenge. it turned out good because the goal was for myself.

I always used to lose weight when I broke up with a boyfriend, it's the ultimate revenge.
I'm only doing it for myself these days, I didn't want to be fat and 40.

thanks for all the support guys. fat balsters are a tablet that gives u heaps of ewnergy and dercreases your apetite... im taking acai slim in hope that this will bost the weight loss up faster. need to loose another 5 befor new years...

He doesn't sound like a very nice guy to me, you're well rid of him!!!!!!! Just concentrate on losing weight. You need to keep yourself occupied, get out of the house and do something with your friends. Or go for a walk or a run.

@ yasmina: don't lock yourself in tears. i had the same situation. my x-boyfriend left me for no valid reason, just because i was fat and he can't accept my weight. he is such a jerk! anyway, that was the turning point for me to lose weight. after the break up, i have decided to lose weight for him at first. but then i realized, i needed to lose weight for me and not for anybody else. i showed him that in the end i am the winner. i won the game and now my friends see him looking at me in awe everytime we bump into each other! haha! i hope you take my and everyone's advices. we are here for you. cheer up, stand up and make yourself proud. someday he will realize that he is the loser. love life lady! :)
hello strangers LOL in particular hello yasmina i read your last post, ya know eating chocolate in bed not a great idea, you'll fall asleep and it will be melted and spread all over your pillows, blankets and nightie YUKKIE LOL my advice to you yasmina is cry cry cry and get ****ty til you can't cry anymore and keep in mind HE IS NOT CRYING OVER YOU so GET OVER IT and make him jealous, your self esteem is shot but you will live to fight another day i promise you that, do not let this get the better of you, its not worth it, get ****ty and get even (lose the weight and flaunt it)!!!!! and remember there is always people worse off, you've lost a boyfriend BIG DEAL some people have lost their sons, daughters, husbands, wives etc etc, to death, are you getting my drift, and if my harsh hard love comment doesn't get me banned my last piece of advice to you is a moto i heard awhile ago now 'the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else' LOL use this forum to air your thoughts and whinge we all know what you are going through, but do not stay in boo hoo land too long sometimes its a lot harder to get out than you think, if symptoms persist consult your doctor LOL i yasmina am Dr Phil, Oprah and Maury all in one LOL hope you have a better day today
