I am new to this forum. I was wonder if anyone else is having issues with their product not arriving. Order done and paid for on the 26th of October and still nothing has arrived.
hi Tamsha...welcome to the forum...a lot of people were having troubles with their deliveries but i think it's recently been sorted out...good luck with your journey when they turn up anyway...everyone on here is really friendly and helpful...maybe email the company and ask whats happening :)
Hi Tamsha I think the orders from October are still being delayed, I ordered in November and received it after 10 days, my friends ordered in November and received it in 5 days. Might be worth sending them an email

Hi everyone, I have emailed them a few times and seem to be getting excuses and no real response from them. I am very keen to get started on my weight loss journey. This is very frustrating at the moment no knowing what is happening. A friendly email with advise would have made this experience alot nicer.
Hi Tamsha welcome and sorry you having trouble with your order-maybe get on the phone and kick some butt it's a whole heap harder for people to palm you off when your actually talking to them in person and make sure they get to the bottom of it while their on the line LOL!! GOOD LUCK!!!

I have tried a few options already, I have emailed them about 3 times and also called them. The man I was talking to said it was in customs which was over 2 weeks ago. I emailed them again on Tuesday this week with no reply at all. They have stopped responding to me at all. I am at my wits end wondering what to do next. I am starting to think I have been ripped off. And I purchase the bigger package which is not cheap. To hear people have received their orders so quickly makes it even harder.
@tamsha: I know how you feel right now, I read this forum before ordering since i was having doubts if I should order or not. I made sure that it is not a SCAM. It helped me decide. I got my first order 7 days after ordering it then order another one 3 weeks ago then received it after 8 days.. Did you place the correct address?
Yeah, I have just received an email stating they are going to organise a replacment shipment for me as something happened to the other one. I hope this doesn't take long as I am very keen to start losing weight.

It took a long time for my first order to arrive as well, I just kept emailing them and ringing them.
Hope you get them soon.
