Hi all

I just ordered my shipment of Acaislim last week, and expect delivery in the next 2 days or so..... so i was just wondering if it really is worth it? I see a lot of people dont loose as much weight as expected.... i am a bit sceptical (apologies)... but so far i have really been struggling to loose weight. Unless i go to gym 4 times a week for an hour, i just dont budge. Currently i go twice a week and walk quite a bit, but seems like i am not loosing anything!!!!! I have lost a few cm's as i can feel it in my clothes, but its been years since i managed to look good in anything.

I also follow a "calorie counting" diet.... and tried the meal replacement thing, but i stay hungry!!

The only thing i cant seem to stay away from is my wine.... a glass or 2 every night..... is that maybe my biggest problem???? Food and sweets and chips i can say no to and i do...

Any ideas/tips/how to's would be appreciated.... then i know what to expect once i start taking the acai.

Hi Catzonly,

I lost cm's in the first few weeks I am now just starting to lose some weight, but the tablets did suppress my appetite so much so that I often forgot to eat.  You need to drink lots of water and eat healthy but it sounds like you are already doing that.

There are people on here that are losing weight quite well but they are exercising and eating healthy as well to help the tablets along the way.

My biggest problem is wine as well, I've cut right back on carbs and increased protein that seems to be working for me so I can still indulge in wine (quite a bit of it at times!)

Yay... my package arrived.... that was superfast postage!!!!

BUT... there is nothing with it to say what i should/ shoulnt do/take, etc

I see the bottle says 2 tablets a day, as well as 2 of the colon cleanse.... is that standard as i have read that some people here take up to 4 tabs a day.

Thanks for the reply dinkidi.... i cannot eat too much protein as i have a bad gallbladder and that just stuffs it up.... but i love my fruits and veggies!!

Hi Catzonly, start with one of each morning and night and give it a week or two, if you need to up the dose to 2 of each if you don't feel you are getting any results like you've read about ie: less hungry, more energy etc.

@catzonly: start with 2 tabs per day then just increase your dose after 2-3 weeks.. :)

@katrina: Don't worry the delivery now is really getting fast, I hope you'll receive your product soon.. ;)

Ok.... i started taking my tabs this morning and already i have been to the loo a few more times than i usually do.

I did some measurements and weighed... grrrrrrrr not that i like it!!!!

Current weight 86.5kg
waist 99cms
hips 108cms
bust 106cms
thighs L54cms R55cms

I am 158cms tall

here goes day 1!!!!

Hi Catz! I am Laurice and have already used Acai Slim twice. I lost 5 kilos each month I used it. 5 kilos in August then another 5 kilos just last month. With the holidays that went by, and new year to come, I know I will gain weight but I don't worry too much since I bought the package of 4. Haha! So how was your 1st few days? Any good news?

Grrrrrrrrrrrrr i have been taking A/S and C/C religiously morning and night... and i picked UP 2 kilos over Xmas.... i did not really go overboard with eating and drinking, so i have no idea what is going on. Today i started upping it to 3times a day to see if that will change.

I will give it some time and hope it gets better.... is there something i am doing wrong?

Drink lots of water too and measure yourself with a tape measure. Some lose weight not by kilograms but by centimeters because muscles weigh heavier than fat.
