Does the diuretic action cause any fluid retention? anyone experience any of these. Having more water can help but it can also be a vicious cycle. looking forward to hear from you guys. I am not sure if it has "senna" on it. You may email the customer support to know about it. You may email them using the contact us page of the website. They will reply within 24 hours I think. My water intake is normal but people in this forum suggest to up the water intake for it will help the weight loss. I drink the regular 7-8 glass of water a day and still lost weight.

we are taking a/s and my mums still taking c/c but i was having loads of trouble with the c/c i have always had trouble with my bowel found out i have a spasmodic bowel and for me the c/c was too bulky and my bowel could not handle it I'm now taking one that relaxes the bowel and peppermint tea has been a miracle for me
Hubby asked me something this morning, he asked me if I'm taking any medicine for good skin cause he noticed a change in my skin complexion. He told me it is better than before. lol! I'm not taking any other medicine/pills so I would probably conclude it's because of acai slim has antioxidants.
