Diet plan - what works for you?

Just wondering what a typical day of meals is for you all. what your eating, whats working for you.

For me it's

toast with coffee for breakfast

watermelon, cantelope and honey due with 2 tbs of yoghurt for lunch

and chicken or meat and veggies for tea.

Along with plenty of water

this is working for me at the moment i feel better with in myself and dont feel as luggish when im out wlaking.

I'm curious what your eating or if you could give me some more ideas thanks!

Hi Jaine, glad to know you feel better with the products. I eat what I want, just lesser compared to the time I still don't have acai slim. I didn't actually need to have strict diet because I feel full always. The products suppressed my appetite big time. Lol! I usually eat vegetable salad. No desserts and junk foods. Chocolate was not hard to remove from my diet as I am not really into it anymore, unlike when I was a child and teenager. Breakfast for me is usually oatmeal.
