Hi Megz! Yes, I believe you can shed that amount of weight. My tips would be drink heaps of water, less salt, junk foods, sweets. Eat more veggies. Exercise and watch your diet. Good luck and welcome! :)

My last two batches only took four days to get to me. You might have to send them an email and then phone them to let them know that you haven't gotten your order yet.

Megz, I also think you should email them and ask where your products are. Your location may matter, I guess. Or ask your local Post Office, they may have delivered it to you when you were out of the house.
