Do you weigh yourself everyday or once a week?

Hi All

Just wondering how many times a week do you weigh yourselves? 

And from your start weight and day one of your AC intake, how many kg have you lost?

I try to exercise, (treadmill) 3 kms , walking/running a day....is this good enough to burn calories and weight loss? 

To lose weight, how many calories should i burn?

You SHOULD only weigh once a week, but I have a scale OCD problem ! I try hard not to get on but it doesn't happen very often, I hate surprises. But the answer to that question from most people on this forum would be once a week.

I haven't lost much weight, although I did lose 8cms in the first 2 or 3 weeks, apart from the Christmas New Year period I have steadily but slowly been heading down the scales though, so I guess any loss is better than none.

Your exercise sounds fine, not sure how many calories you need or need to burn but I'm sure someone on here will be able to answer that better than me.

I have that problem too, mentally I've told myself it's ok to do that as it gives me a better impression of what I'm doing right and wrong, what foods are not good, but I only offically take note of the correct weigh in day which for me is Monday.

Yesterday i was 76.4, today 76.1 he he he

have you heard or read about Oolong Tea? My auntie's sister lost 15 kilos drinking 4 cups of Oolong Tea for 2 months!!!

i am thinking to drink this as well while on AC, but i am only worried about the caffeine????

I usually drink Oolong tea, if I have tea, I've also been drinking Green Coffee 800 which I felt helps as well, but they also make a tea and a hot chocolate.  I was taking them in conjunction with the Acai.

Might be worth looking into.  Oolong tea is a Chinese tea, it is supposed to gather fat cells together, but I have never found that it makes any difference, but I like drinking it as a tea, it has a nice flavour.

I only weigh once a week slim.. That's the best time to check for some result.. :) I start taking 2 a/s and 2 c/c a day then increased it to 3 a/s and lastly increased it to 4 a/s per day.. :)

@ slim: you should only weigh yourself once a week. your exercise is good. i think belle is also walking as her exercise and she is losing weight with that. when i was with the pills, my average weight loss within a week is around 2 to 3 kilos. i have lost almost 50 kilos in 4 months. :)

wow Marga.....CONGRATZ!!!!, can you show us your before & after photo?  I only lost 1 kilo for a week, not like you WOW, but i am happy 1 kg as long as i will accomplish my goal weight! 

So are you still taking the pills now?

@ slim: i agree. as long as you believe in yourself, you will achieve your goal. yes, i am still looking for the DVD where i saved my pictures last year. i know it's just in my drawer but have a lot of DVD's so i need to look where the back up is. i have my present pic but it would be great if i can show you both before and after so you can compare. :)

Losing 1 kg a week is not bad! It's a great result! Congrats Slim! :)


But of course Marga is the best loser here. We admire you girl! I know twas a hard work :)
