i have been waiting for my order since the 15.01.2011 VERY DISAPPOINTING... does it normally take so long for delivery??? i have had 4 or 5 call backs from customer services telling me my order has been dispatched and should be arriving within ten working days via fedex , sorry the warehouse is out of stock, sorry now its being sent from USA and have had emails telling me my order has been dispatched and will be delivered to me via australia post, oh sorry we'r out if stock in australia again...im getting sceptical especially since my credit card was charged within 24hours of me placing the initial order? it might be hard to stay consistent if u gotta wait so long between deliveries... it sounds like it is a great product tho...much better than those crazy chemical type diet pills that keep me awake for days and nights on end...arghhhh!!! lets hope it can get me to my ideal weight 55kg (im 70kg atm) im only a shortie so every kilo makes me look even wider...lol...!!

I had to wait about four weeks for my first batch of pills to arrive but you've been waiting even longer. I'd try ringing them again and again and tell them how frustrated you are having to wait so long for your products to arrive and see if they can give you a date when they will arrive. They should be able to track the progress of them.
I haven't had any trouble with delivery since then they usually always arrive by fed ex in about four days.

yeah its been another "10 working days" so i'll make another friendly phonecall n see what they have to say this time!!! maybe the product is just so freaking good that they cant keep up to the orders..lol everybody on the forum seems happy with it tho....hurry up little fed exman/postie man/whoever man!!!!

thanks, i live by the beach in north qld and there are sooo many turtles in the water, always sticking their little faces out for a look around, so peaceful as well. im currently trying to ween myself off duromine 40mg's great for never feeling hungry but the worst innsomnia and constant shakes n dizzy spells...thort id try something a bit less hard core and nicer to my physical well being. havnt seen to many comments about a/s giving anyone the jitterbugs at least.
One of my orders of the tablets took 5 weeks, the next one only took 4 days, they seem to go through bad patches with delivery, I hope they will be here soon for you.

I hear you with your problem, but as far as I know the delivery problem is already solved.. You've been waiting for so long and that's not good, keep on calling them or even email them.. :) I hope you'll receive them soon..
wow not skinny yet - thats not cool.. here i am impatiently stalking my letterbox and its only been 2 weeks since my order and i have just learned i am outside the courier delivery zone.. think ill do more ZUMBA tomorrow!! have ALOT to loose (again) so i better get started!!:) and yeah the duromine is a silent killer.. not at all good for us - was on them for 9 months when i was younger and ended up skinny as a rail and about to kill the next person who looked at me sideways!! really played hell with my metabolism and have suffered for the starvation ever since...yo-yoing up and don and finally giving up all together which eneded me up in the mess i am in today... time to re-gain some control - take some responsibilty and TRY AGAIN:)
thank you adastrian,dinkidi, khloekobe aand belle for your positive encouragement today...another day past and no courier with my a/s...argh!!!! i will be making another phonecall in the morning to customer support to see what they have to say this week about it...in the mean time i'll keep up with the daily exercise, running my doggy up n down the beach every morning...tomorow i wont be having any duromine and i will clear my head and focus on getting that craziness out of my system....maybe i'll get a nice surprise n see a delivery van pull up in the driveway...fingers crossed anyways:) hope you all had a positive and successful day and looking forwards to an even better one tomorow.
I hope today is a much more postive one for you not skinny yet, a run along the beach sounds lovely, although I guess if you live near the beach it loses it's attraction compared to those of us who don't live near the beach and want to !

@adastrian and not skinny yet: that is a good start guys, you exercise already and I think starting a healthy diet too is also a good start. So that if your orders arrive there is no hard time for you guys changing your eating habit.. :)

not skinny yet, January is too long! You should have your fedex tracking number. Ask for it so you can check the status online at http://fedex.com/Tracking. You may be outside the courier delivery thingy so you need to wait another 10 days.
Don't worry, it will come soon. Tomorrow is a Monday and they might be knocking at your door tomorrow morning.

I have been taking the tabs since September and I had to wait four weeks for my first lot of tablets. I rang and emailed them and I did get an answer. I was very persistant.

Sarahjones, welcome to the forum. Sometimes, you get a real person, sometimes not. But I read somewhere here before that when you leave a message, they call you back. I think the courier service is now doing fine. So you just need to wait and email/ring them to get updates. hope you receive them the soonest. It's worth the wait. :)

I only had trouble with the first delivery after that it's only been taking about four days to get to me.

@ sarahjones: no it's not a scam and i can attest to that. usually those free trials are the scams from what i have been hearing.losing 50 kilos makes me believe this is a miracle pill but still i didn't just sit down and wait for the products to work. i helped myself too. it also taught me one lesson. discipline.
Yeah I've also learnt "discipline" I'm so impressed with myself. I just thought to myself If I can give up smoking then I can lose weight. I haven't had a ciggie for almost a year and I still have cravings but have managed not to have one.
I am the same with my diet as well....can't believe I'm so disciplined. I don't know where the will power came from but thank god it did.

I'm not going to drop off the face of the earth...I have this theory that when I get to my goal weight that my life is going to get better. I think because you get more and more confident as you lose weight.
I just rang my boss to ask him what the **** was going on with their business. I tried to get into the website and it said that the website had been disabled. So I had a very awkard conversation with him about it. He said that Patricia hasn't been well so they haven't wanted to take on any more business blah blah blah.
Maybe I should go and do a bit of busking or maybe I could get a job as a pole dancer I hear they make a lot of money.

I was to scared to get in front of a camera when I was 20 kilos overweight. I only ever got my photo taken at family gatherings. You need to get a new set of scales dinkidi ones that say nice things to you. I think you can buy them on EBay.

Keep trying to eat better and exercise a little as well as drink water, at least you'll be on your way to helping your body cope with the pills when they do arrive.

Thanks Dinki Di thats what Ive been trying to do, always have been a big water drinker so thats easy for me, have had some rather sticky issues with aggravated back/hip injury from my last P/T who insisted i do kick boxing.. yuk.. took months to recover.. couldnt barely walk let along excercise and lost alot of strength, but i began my fight back from a deathly spiral 2-3 years ago (I was 18 k heavier than I am now) so im sure i can do resume doing what worked then.. excercise and sensible eating ..and begin the next part of the long road to recovery - and another 18k to come off would be good, id settle for 6 atm.... maybe with a little help from my new friends:)
that was an omen posting that here today.. my delivery was in the box when i got home this afternoon!!!! .. and just bought a treadmill.. so now if i sit here take my pills and look at all my gym equipment i might loose ... time !!!!! hehehehe am happy now:)
