Hello there DanaG! Welcome to the forum. :) It seems like the product is working on you. Congrats on that! And Congrats on your weight loss! How are you? Here are some tips to avoid constipation.
* Gradually get your bowels used to more dietary fiber. Start for example with a breakfast containing grain flakes, a little wheat bran, yogurt and fruit. * Make sure your liquid intake is adequate, i.e. at least 2 liters (8 glasses) a day. * Make sure you take enough physical exercise. * Foods containing lactic acid have a beneficial effect on intestinal activity (yogurt etc.) * In the morning, on an empty stomach, drink 1 glass of orange juice or 1 glass of water or the juice of dried plums or figs that have been softened the previous evening. * Avoid constipating food, such as white rice, bananas, bilberries, chocolate, strong black tea, cooked carrots (raw carrots combat constipation)
HAHAHA I agree dinkidi. Lets face it all the chocolates are bad for you. Most Junk food is..
Sam think about it this way. every chocolate you eat, goes on the waste line. Every time I look at chocolate now thats all I think about is how fat it will make me hahahaha.
Its a possibility Bell sam may feel that dark chocolate is better for you. *shrugs* hmm not sure what you meant either sam sorry.

Base on my research, chocolate is often seen as a luxury or a treat but dark chocolate actually contains some essential ingredients necessary for a healthy balanced diet. So if you want to eat chocolates, go for the dark ones :)

I also did some research and here this what I found:
When it comes to chocolate, the best kind when you are watching your weight is anything in a small portion! Seriously, it's calories in and calories out when it comes to losing weight. Chocolate CAN be a smart indulgence, IF you choose a monitored portion. First, only eat chocolate if that's a treat food that you like - the health benefits to dark chocolate come with eating nearly a quarter of a pound every day, so don't think you're choosing a "health food" in your small portion!
Pretty Georgia sounds good. I am just playing it safe and staying away from all junk food. My kids had chinese last night for dinner and I baked a peice of Fish :)

I do love junk foods way back when I'm not yet a mum, but since the day I got pregnant I removed junk foods in my grocery list.. I am prone to UTI since the day I got pregnant until now so my doctor advice me not to eat junk foods..
Yes belle, I'm taking cranberry tablets.. Remember you told me to try them, and yes I did and as far as I know they are working on me.. :) Thanks for the info.. :)
