Wow you guys have so much advice. I am really happy about how much you guys support each other.
How do you loose a lot of weight? I am loosing around a kg every four days and I have been on acai slim for 2 weeks now. I would like to loose more weight than that. I know that all our bodies work differently. I am excerising daily and not eating Junk Food.
Is there anything that you can suggest to me that will help get the weight off quicker.
I don't think it's a good idea to take it off any quicker, from all my years of experience trying to lose weight, the slower you take it off the less likely you will put it back on.
I'd be really happy with 1 kilo every 4 days, you need to do it the right way which it sounds like you are at the moment, just keep doing what you are.

yeah I see your point dinkidi. I am happy with my weightloss but I just wanted to shed it faster. I guess I am expecting my body to act faster then what it can handle.
I have turned this "diet" into a lifestyle change because I never want to get back to the weight I was when I first started.
So I would suggest the same for you danag...you could lose the weight quickly and then put it all back on and be back to square one and you don't want that.

Kloekobe: I am taking 4 A/S and 4 CC as I am finding now that I am only going every 2-3 days now. Am taking movicol as well. Yeah I am thinking am doing well so am not going to rush it. :o)
@ danag: i would suggest the same. do not change anything since 1 kilo every 4 days is fantastic! your body is loving the pills and is reacting well on it.so just keep it up. :)
Thanks guys, I have found myself really tired and flat this week. I had 2 nights off and since Friday I haven't lost any weight. Instead of excerising at night now going to do it in the arvo. I hope it works.
Sounds good Belle, I am trying to do 15 - 20 minutes a day on treadmille depending if I have had I used to use food as a comfort thing but now am just fat
I can't remember the last time I missed going for a walk. Even when I'm not feeling the best I still manage to drag myself out of bed and go for a walk.
If I'm feeling full of energy I'll do 90 minutes but if I'm feeling average I only do 45 minutes.

You have three small kids from memory and you're doing it alone I raised my son alone until the start of this year now i have his father around to "help" i cant imagine having three to look after *hugs* you're doing a great job remember looking after kids is a full time job 24/7 so cut yourself some slack your busy all the time running around working ect. If you cant fit in an hr of exercise a day just do what you can when you can. results will happen :) and give yourself a treat a day that helps me stick to my diet. as long as you have one ie one small freddo frog and stop at one (thats where my will power has to come in or ill eat them all *sigh* my biggest weakness is chocolate) i too use food for comfort and at times it about challenging the feeling rather then hiding them. if you ever wan to talk im here just pm me.
