I just wanted to let you know that I have decided to do a progress Diary on the board. If you would like to share your weightloss progress too feel free.
Starting Weight:- 87.8 kg
2nd:- 87.3 kg
3rd:- 86.3 kg
4th:- 85.5 kg
Todays was 85 kg so i only lost about 500 grams but its still something. I guess i only lost 500 grams because I took 2 days off. I am not going to do that again. I am hoping to get down to 60 kg atleast. *fingers crossed* it works.
@ danag: great job! yeah, it would be better if you do it weekly and set a fixed weigh in day so your results would be more accurate. good luck! keep it up! :)
