I just emailed the A/S team. Hopefully by adding in the board may help too. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
Hi, my name is Dana and I have been using A/S for 3 weeks now. I have stayed away from all junk food and excerising on the treadmille daily. When I started this diet I was 87.8 kg and now I weigh 83.9 kg. I am using digital scales but today I weighed myself 3 times just to double check but got 3 different weights.I am not sure why I am not loosing more weight than that. A few times I have taken the pills but not actually eaten. Yesterday I missed 2 meals. I have re-ordered another supply and hopefully get them this week. I am finding that I am not really getting full straight away either. I am generally taking tablets about 5-12 minutes before I eat anything. If you can give me any suggestions that would be great.'
DanaG, I think you are being a bit unreasonable, 4 kilos in 3 weeks is plenty to lose, you can't expect to keep losing at the rate it's not healthy for your body, just because you have one bad week where you only lost 400gr, I'd be happy with 400gr each week, at least you lost.

Yeah maybe you are right Dinkidi, i guess I am just really dissappointed thats all. I can't really complain to much I am still loosing a kg a week. I was just in a hurry because I am sick of being fat and the website says that you can loose a lot of weight.
Things don't happen the same for everybody, I've been on them since september but as long as I'm going down I don't care, some weeks I only lose 100gr but I'm still happy I'm going in the right direction, you are doing better than most others have on here so be happy with that.

Hey there Dana. Digital scales can be very sensitive. I have digital scales and have noticed you need to remain perfectly still. Don't beat yourself up. You are doing a fantastic job. I believe if you don't eat, you don't lose and I am pretty sure the tablets work at their ultimate when taken in conjunction with food. Being fat is definately a pain in the butt and we all want to shed the extra kgs as quick as, unfortunately it all takes time and patience. We are all there for you.

I find the digital scales to be really unreliable, I should of just stuck with the old scales. I bought the digital scales when I started in September but they're useless.

@ danag: they are all correct. you do not need to be disappointed just because you lost little this week. hey 400 grams is awesome! and remember, a lost is still a lost.so smile and chin up. you are doing great. :)

a kilo a week is what i was hoping for and would be more then happy with you want to be losing it healthy so that you maintain in the end, losing fast is okay too im not saying if you lose it fast it will all pile back on but sometimes that happens. You should be proud that you've lost 4kg it's a good achievement.
i know you want to lose quick wed all like that but its goign to take time can you focus on your measurments instead of the scale ive lost cms but not a lot n the scales maybe youre the same?
Thanks guys, you have all made me feel so much better about the weightloss. I think I may go back to the old scales too, the digital scales are to confusing. I had a bit of a scare on Monday Night so will start a new topic and share with you all
I bought a new set of digital scales because I thought it would be a more accurate way to weigh myself. Turns out I was wrong, they always give me a different reading. I have to use the old scales now and I am back to measuring myself as well. I am concerntrating on my stomach because it's still the problem area. Oh and my boobs. I need a boob job. LOL

I'm really not impressed by my digial scales at all they always have a different reading anywhere from 73 kilos up to 88 kilos...so I have been using my tape measue and the trusty ol' scales. I just have to use a pair of binoculars to read them. LOL

hehehe thanks Belle, I have re-read everyone's comments on this topic tonight and I have realised that this is going to be a slow process and that it works fast for some and slow for others. I am just going to sit back and be patient, I am going to try and get to 30 minutes a day on the treadmille. I am also going out tomorrow and buying the old version of scales. Thank you so much for all your support, love and encouragment. I see you all apart of my family. I am putting in another order in 2 weeks so I don't run out. Talk again tomorrow
When you have a lot of weight to lose it is very hard to stick at it. I ran out of pills a couple of weeks ago and have been finding it really hard to stick to my diet. I have been eating a lot of junk food and I was to scared to weigh myself this morning.
I got my acai pills today (I only had to wait 3 business days) and am going to restart my diet tomorrow.
So my advice to you danag is to be patient and look at it as a long term thing not a short term fix.
Have fun on your treadmill

thanks Belle, thanks for your advice. I will start looking at this in a different light now. I went out today and got some new scales, so will weigh myself on friday. I got the old scales so hopefully it won't be confusing. I do love my treadmille. If you want to get one Belle, go and see cardio tech, I pay $19 per fortnight it is really affordable.

I agree with you danag, this forum is indeed a good one because we support each other, gives advices and encouragement that will keep us going and achieving our weight goal.. :)
I did 30 minutes on the treadmille today and I did it straight without taking a break, I am tired now tho. I am so happy i fineally got up to 30 minutes daily. I am so happy about loosing 5kg now I decided to buy myself a ring, I put it on layby and i hope to get it out soon.
That's really good that you lasted 30 minutes on the treadmill but I'm a bit curious about the having breaks??? When I go for my walks with Buddy I just keep on going and going and going and never have a break....how do you do that?

Just keep at it danag you find that the fitter you get the easier it is. I'm amazed at how fit I've gotten .... I go for 90 minute walks now.

I am still in pain I have a wheat bag on my neck. It's from working with VERY BIG POWERFUL dogs that are surrended at the Animal Shelter that I work at. People get dogs and don't train them properly and they end up at the Shelter then we have to train them and re home them. I really love doing it but just over exerted myself yesterday.

It was an 8 month old bulldog x boxer...I also worked with a female mastiff and she is a bit of a maniac as well but I am going to keep working with her and I think she'll calm down and make an excellent pet.
I have also worked with neopolitan mastiffs and they have the most beautiful nature they are gentle giants. There was a guy cleaning out "Tsumanis" kennel one day and she wouldn't let him get out it was really funny. They are very powerful dogs and much better suited to a male.
I love working with dogs and am a bit of a nut when it comes to the more agressive breeds I find that they actually turn into very nice natured dogs once they've been given a bit of love and a bit of training.

I am sitting in the mater children's emergency Dept with my son James. He has a fever, and white cells in his urine. Please pray for him. I only got to exercise for 20 minutes tonight, james comes first.
Sounds good Belle, I am glad that you are able to train the animals.
That's not good...I had to do that with Natasha it was really hard on me at the time. I hope you have plenty of support something that I didn't have a lot of because of my father. I didn't want Natasha to go through what I went through so I totally alienated myself from the rest of my family to try and save her from what I went through.
I don't know if I did a very good job raising her but I have tried my hardest.
Let us know how you get on. I hope every thing is okay:)

Yes I am doing my best....I have to go and wake her up so she can get ready to go to work experience. Not looking forward to it.
My pay still hasn't gone in my account so hopefully my car will have enough petrol to get me from home to her work. I only have $5 left in my wallet.
I rang my ex boss this morning and told him my pay is still not in my account and he swears black and blue that he put the money in my account yesterday.

Belle, I am just wondering if it was the obmanson person or fair trading I will confirm it tomorrow sorry I only realised my mistake a little while ago. I am glad that you sorted your pay out.
