Just a thought does anyone else feel really tired being on this program? I had an after hours dr come out for the kids today and he thinks I could be really tired being on A/S. I think I am tired as I had a really bad night with Cameron last night. I am going out to buy some berrocca. Had the night off the treadmille last night so need to get energy fast.
I think its a combination of everything, if you try too hard to do too much your body will retaliate by making you feel more tired, also not getting 6-8 hours sleep a night also has a tired affect the less sleep you have the more your body craves. Are you having iron? Keeping up a good iron amount is also good as it can make you really tired have low iron count too i have heard. It coul djust be from lack of sleep but if you continue to feel this way maybe go to the doc to get some blood tests done to see if its a hormonal thing or thyroid thing maybe? Not trying to scare you but there's lots of things that could be causing you to feel tired and number one is lack of sleep number 2 not looking after yourself properly easy to do with kids. Hope you get well rested soon!
My worst trait is reaching for chocolate for an energy hit when im tired , i can eat a block with out knowing it *sigh* done that a lot lately bad i know. prehapse a multivitamin would help you? hopefully your feeling a tad better make sure you eat and drink enough too.
Nope this product gave me energy not take it away.
Dana, instead of starting new threads for all your thoughts you have, do you think it would be better to just chat away in your own progress thread, sorry, just a housekeeping thing for me, it gets really messy with so many new threads that are all short ones, and maybe you could click off he upper case button when you type them as well.
No offense.

It isn't the acaislim that's making you tired dana it's because you're a single mother with three small children. I was exactly the same way when my daughter was little.
I totally agree dinkidi it's much easier if you do it all on the one thread instead of starting new ones:) No offence.

I feel a little better now since I had more sleep. I took a lot of engery stuff yesterday so I could do 30 minutes on the treadmille. Thanks for your advice Elle.
I will start one progress thingy Belle and Dinkidi I hope that makes it easier for u.
@ danag: the acai slim is a great energy booster. actually it is one of the things i was really happy for when i was taking them. it gave me the enough energy i needed to be able to exercise and still do work. i am single so i had heaps of time to exercise. i just couldn't imagine myself taking care of 3 kids and still do exercise so i salute you on that. just curious, do you still work or are you a full time mum? also, are you having sort of a "cheat day"? it has been found that having one in a week helps so as not to feel imprisoned and tired with the diet.

Have you brought up a child by yourself Elle?

@ elle: great advice you got there! :)
Marga I am a full time mum as my oldest son James (7yrs) has a severe medical condition. I am not having a cheat day am being really strict about not taking junk food. Thanks for your advice tho. I am glad that Acai Slim program worked for you and its very encouraging Marga
You do have to many posts dana and it is really hard to keep track of. It's kinda doing my head in a bit because I have to try and remember where I said what.
I agreee with Marga about having a cheat day:) The reason behind a cheat day is because if you are good all the time you will get to the stage where you are having a bad day and eat and eat and eat ...so if you have a cheat day it lessons the chance of that happening.
