Just to let everyone know, they do not stand behind their product. They tell you that they guarantee you your money back if you do not lose weight.
They also state they are an Australian site and they do not post to other countries. Well why then do they get the tablets sent from the US knowing full well that to send them back to get your money back costs you a minimum of $60. But wait, there's more. To get the tablets allowed into the US you have to fill in a lot of paperwork, you also have to get a letter from your Doctor and most places I contacted said not to waste your time as its very hard to get tablets into the US and that as they are an "Australian website" they should supply you with an address to return the product for a refund.
I know you guys cant help me but I just wanted to let you know.

Incidently if it gets back after 31 days as told to me in an email that you dont get a refund. How can you know how long its going to take to get there and they might not sing for it straight away.
They havnt bothered responding to my other emails.
So as I paid through Paypal I am opening up a buyers dispute.

@ locall1961: i got mine from AU and when my friend ordered, she got hers from USA. she asked customer support why and they said it was because they were out of stock when she ordered. so that explains it. besides, the website has .au on it, you can't get a website registered with that domain if you are not a registered business from AU as per my IT friend. our work involves computers so we have basic knowledge on this.
sorry if it did not work on you. i hope you get your money back. but you should have tried it more. you won't see results if you give up. how many days have you tried it, by the way?
@local1961: I just want to confirm, didn't you lose any single gram with a/s? How long have you tried A/S? I got my products from AU but I don't care where it came from, as long as I'm losing weight. It's fine with me.. :)
Sad to hear you just gave up easily. Because if you have waited for more time to let the pills work on you, you would not be running for the 30-day money back guarantee.

Hi all, I'm glad to hear you are doing well on the product. I tried it for just over two weeks. I found that it actually gave me hunger pains very early on in the morning even though I had a weight loss shake. Since I stopped taking it, I dont get the hunger pains so early. I never lost any weight or inches off myself in any of the time I have taken it. I have since lost 2 kilos just by eating lean cuisine of a night and a shake in the morning and sandwich for lunch and drinking water in the last few days since I stopped taking the tablets. I started with two a day and one of the colon cleanse, when I had no luck with that after a couple of days I upped it to 4 a day and two colon cleanse as I had seen people write on here. Because they only have a 30 day from when you buy it, not from when you receive it, I am left with little time to get them back for a refund. I find it annoying that they reckon you have to send it back to the place it was posted from to get a refund. I dont understand if they are an Australian company, why they cannot give you and Australian address to send it back to. Anyway, as I paid through Paypal, I have opened a dispute there and hopefully it will get sorted. I just want them to satnd by their product and what they state that you are guaranteed a refund if your not happy. I only wanted to lose a bit of weight as I am heading off the the US early next month and keep getting told by people expect to put weight on while I am there so didnt want to end up being a whale by the time I got home. I have been on acai slim since the 6th March and I have lost 6.4 kg. I am excerising for 20-30 minutes a day on the treadmille and staying away from Junk food. I hope that you get the answers that you want.
Hi Dana, I cant do exercise since being crushed into a brick wall by an out of control driver 10 years ago and spending 12 months in hospital and rehab. lucky I can walk let alone exercise, so I am very restriceted in any sort of exercising,no bike riding, no running, can walk but not far or fast, cant even get on tippy toes, swimming, I cant get in and out of the pool by myself let everyone see my badly scarred legs. Its enough to concentrate on walking and making sure I dont trip over and break a leg or doing something to the very delicate skin on my leg from being degloved(means all the skin and muscle from my right leg was torn away). I cant even do sit ups for my tummy as I have a hiatis hernia. Before the accident, I was very sporty, footy, indoor cricket, tennis, table tennis, ran everywhere, swimming, you name it I did it, anything except anything that made your stomach do backflips. I didnt have to worry about weight then. So no, I dont exercise but like I said, I am nw losing some weight from just eating Lean Cuisines of a night instead of my husbands cooking.

Hi, that was going to be my last resort selling them, but I now dont need to because through Paypal, initially they again said I had to post back to the US, but then told me they had made a mistake and there was an Australian postal address I could send them back to, so I will be posting them off today.
Will keep you posted as to when I get my refund.

Awe locall1961, you poor thing. Its a very hard and long road to recovery isn't it? Something that happens in an instant effects the rest of your life. I do understand but wont go into it here.
