well. tomorrow is my first weigh in. one  week on acaislim. i thought i was doing ok but i took my kids to the drive in tonight and had pizza for tea. will let you know tomorrow.

Good luck Rodge, have you started your own progress thread yet? Any comments you have can all go in there to keep the front page of the forum a bit less cluttered, we read all threads anyway so we can still help you by putting everything in the one place and it makes it easier to keep track of progress, questions and answers.

well. what a surprise. starting weight was 108.5.

todays weight is 105.9

a loss of 2.6

should i be happy with this??????????

should i have lost more?????????????

dinkidi, how do i start a progress thread? this is all new to me

Just start a new thread and call it Rodges Progress or something, then just do what you do in every other thread to post a comment.

Congrats on your huge weight loss too that's awesome.

Rodge, you did very well for your first week. You should be very proud of yourself. Its okay to eat pizza once a week or something. Think of your weightloss as a long term thing. Keep up the good work!!!  smile

That's a fantastic result Rodge you should be very proud of yourself. Don't beat yourself up about having pizza, we all have days like that. Actually I've had whole weeks like that but I just pick myself up and dust myself off and start again.

Don't worry about the pizza, just don't do it too often it is not a good takeaway to have, on saying that I'm off for Indian in half an hour, omg I need to be good this week !

I was really good yesterday, except for wine, and I've been really good today so far, I just don't like eating much at dinner time now I think of it all sitting in my belly in bed and not being excercised off.

I have also been going for a walk everyday, but not every morning, except yesterday but I was walking up and down our drive to the new chicken cage we are building and it is a steep walk.

It's good that your walking. It must be the week end for walking up and down hills. I had to do the same thing on Saturday at PAA we had to walk the dogs up and down a hill because we are in lock down at the moment because we don't want any of our dogs to get Parvo virus. It is around at the moment and we lost a couple of dogs last year and don't want it to happen again.

As Dinkidi and Belle said Rodge Don't beat yourself up, Its okay to have the food still that you love to eat. LOL don't be like me tho I have been on Acai Slim since the 6th march and I still haven't turned to junkie stuff yet, I am thinking of having Pizza on the weekend just to have a break. hmm

I have a cheat day once a week and still managed to lose weight.
