Hi Jewel, I have been taking 1 AcaiSlim & 1 Colon Cleanse morning and evening with a glass of water. Im not a very big eater as it is. I only have a main meal at nite. I take my evening tablets about 45mins before tea. I was taking the normal dose as reccomended for the 1st 2wks but when didnt loose any weight i doubled the dose daily and have been taking it that way for 2wks but still nothing. I cant do any exercise as i have a bad back which stops me from doing anything. Maybe im one of these people that the tablets dont work on :(

The people on here will suggest try and eat 5 little meals instead of one big one for the whole day...
Are you flushing your system out with plenty of water?
u can't exercise at all? not even in a hydrotherapy pool? or maybe just a little casual walking, anything is better then nothing i guess...
but do not give up. the tablets effect people differently so you might be one of the ones that it takes little longer to come off because your body needs to get use to it...
but wait and see what others say that have been on them for longer.... please have faith in yourself and the tablets

@ sandkm00: i agree with jewel. how about brisk walking? some people here have injuries as well but do walk as part of their exercise and it works on them. it would be the lightest activity you can do and would not hurt your back.

i suggest measuring yourself with a tape measure. muscles are heavier than fats so that must be the reason. how i wish you joined the forum earlier so we were able to help you out on your first or second week.

Hi Sandkm

I also have a very bad back and cant even walk far without being in pain.  But I have found a place called Shapemaster and they use machines which do not hurt your back at all.  Its fantastic and helps build muscle.  And contrary to what a lot of people think without having a go the machines actually work you hard.  My back improves so much when i use them regularly, and i actually get a bit sweaty.

Maybe your eating habits are slowing you down.  only eating one meal a day is not good for the metabolism.

I have a bad back a bad knee a bad hip and a bad shoulder....I do a one hour walk every week day and on Saturdays I work at an animal shelter with the dogs which is pretty much five or six hours straight of running around. Then on Sundays my dog and I go for a ninety minute walk.

When I first got back into walking my Dr told me to just start off with 10 minutes a day and take it from there. So that's what I've done. I am often in pain and if it gets really bad my good friend the DR gives me a shot of cortizone.

I honestly don't think there is a reason for people not to exercise...go and talk to your Doctor about it there has to be some form of exercise you can do.

Also I write down everything I eat and have one cheat day a week.

Sandkm00, welcome to the forum. Try increasing your dosage. Take 2 a/s and 1 cc in the morning and then do the same thing at night. Drink plenty of water, excerise and eat healthy. See how you go.

Thankyou everyone for all your advise and surport. I will try some of the things you have said and not give up. I may as well keep going as i still have 2 bottles to go, so might aswell keep taking them since they are paid for, lol. I will try and do a small walk but find it hard to even do that without pain as i have crushed dics in my back and it has stopped me from doing anything even the simply things in life. Do you know if other medications can effect the results as im on morphine and it has effected some other tablets that i have taken in the past??? my doctor said it shouldnt but i was just wondering.

If your Dr says it's okay then it's okay. I had morphine after my last operation and I was on other medication...that morphine is good **** I was off my rocker.

good to see you are not giving up. can not wait to see how u go. a lil walk is better then nothing.. u can always start small and increase it as weeks go by... otherwise what about a hydrotherapy pool when u can do laps and stuff and that won't hurt your back? remember the diet side also plus drinking plenty of water always counts too

Thay say it's 80% nutrition and 20% exercise...you could also try googling to see if there is any sort of exercise you can do with a slipped disc.  I'm a big fan of Googlingsmile
