I have not gotten any results if anything its slowed me down!!! Im really disappointed! After steadly loosing 1kg a week on my own (lost 4kgs), i decided to use this product to help speed up.. except my progress stopped and also messed with my period... anyone else experiencing this? So confused how so many people got results but no me...??? I am eatting right and exercising!!!
Hi mumma3. Sorry to hear you didn't get any results. I just wanted to ask if how many tablets are you taking each day? You might need to increase your dose and 4 tablets is the maximum you can take per day. Are you taking colon cleanse too? Have you tried to measure yourself with a tape measure? You might be losing in cms.
@ mumma3: when did you start taking the tabs? if it's just for a week or 2, you can wait for a little more time. and yes, kk is right, you can measure yourself. you might have been losing in cm after all. some people lose in cm before they see scales go down. good luck.
Mumma3: I've been on A/S since March and as far as I know, I never had any problems with my period. I am also concisitently losing weight. I guess it would be good if you follow what kk, marga and dana have suggested. Give it more time for the pills to work for you. I hope you'll see good results soon. Keep us posted.
