My name is Summer. And I'm 30. I just got my bottle of acai slim and haven't taken a pill yet. I want to know more about it that's why I joined this group. I can see that a lot ladies seek help from this forum. I know I can get the help that I needed too. I am married with two beautiful kids. I gained weight after i gave birth to my second. And from then, I never got my old shape back. I have used different programs already but I keep coming back to this "healthy body". I am more for it's health benefits rather than being sexy. I easily get tired now. Can't even walk for more than 20 minutes. I want to stay healthy more than anything else. My kids are still young and I still want to see them grow up. I am only 30 and I am not that tall but i weigh 78.2 kg, which is very off. I want to know what's the best time to take the pill and what's the dosage.
This journey is really something new to me. I need all your advices girls. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for coming on the boards and joining our little family. As Belle said to you in Khloe's thread is that you need to stop eating fatty foods, have a good diet and exercise. Its very important to do that because I think these tablets do not work very well if you don't. In my first week before I followed the right routine i only lost 400 grams. I have been on this program since 6th March and so far I have lost 16.3 kilos. I try to exercise between 5-6 days per week on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
If you want to you can increase your dosage up to 4 A/S and 2 CC per day. Don't go any higher than that because you will overdose.
Make sure you also drink plenty of water as well as during your exercise. If you can only do 20 minutes than thats okay for the time being. Gradually build your time up. I only do 30 minutes a day but the others do 30 minutes or more. Some do an hour, others may do 2 hours it all depends on what you feel comfortable doing.
Track your progress, and take before and after shots if you like. The best advice I was once giving by the ladies was think of this as a long term thing and give your body time to adjust. Just relax and enjoy the ride.

The best time to take them is 15-30 minutes before meals. I suggest you start with 2 a/S and 2 c/c first, then see how you go. You may increase your dose to 4 a/s after maybe 2 weeks. Do not go beyond that, you might get overdosed.. :)
A/S works best for me as an appetite suppressant.. It really suppresses my appetite every time I take them.. and c/c made my bowel movement regular.. A/S and C/C are working well on me, so it should work on you too.. :)

Wow! I didn't expect somebody would even reply to my thread. Thank you so much for your time and attention ladies. Today I took one pill before I had my breakfast. Only one. I still want to check what would be its effect. I had it thirty minutes ago. And took my breakfast 15 minutes after the pill. There's not much difference yet. But as I've read in one of the posts, it takes time. We have to work on it. Later today, i will be doing my exercise----- house exercise. LoL. As i need to do a cleaning of my kids' bedroom.
Did you all feel anything different on your first take?
@ summer: welcome to the boards. glad you have already started taking the pills as i am excited for you. i remember when i was with the pills, i have felt the appetite suppression on the second day. energy was up on about after 3 days, i think. let us know how your first day went.
I haven't decided yet. I am afraid to face the scale. LoL. Any advise on when should I weigh? I don't feel anything different yet in my body. But I should agree with, I think it was, KhloeKobe, that I will loose appetite. I read it in one of the threads. Haha. Do I really have to do it weekly? Most of us like to do it weekly then of we need to adjust something it doesn't get out of hand. Also some of found we lost centimeters before kilos, so don't forget to measure as well.

Yeah, thanks dinkidi, i better have my measure ready all the time. of course,I'd be more than happy to lose cms too. But I guess, i will do it after a week. I am afraid. LOL

I always get surprised with scales. Every time I look into it,the figure always go up and up and up. I am always in state of shock. Lol. I hope this time, i will be in awe. *crossing my fingers*
Yeah i did Dinkidi. I eat less and can now run and walk longer minutes. Lol. I haven't checked my weigh though but I bet I will lose a pound. Lol. I used to have midnight snacks when the kids are asleep, but since i took a/s, i don't take snacks anymore.
Looks like everybody is Summer-Hunting. Lol. I got too busy over the past few days cos I had to reformat my laptop, my son messed with it. Lol.
Anyway, yes, I had my first WI last Saturday. And oh! I am a bit surprised. I only lost 1.8kg. Is that fine? Am quite sad and disappointed but nevertheless, am still happy that I feel a lot healthier.
But, why is it less than 2kg in two weeks? Is that normal??
OMG Summer that is awesome! There are not many of us on here that loses that much in one week, so don't be concerned about it not being 2kg, I only lose 500gr or less each week.

I'm actually fine with it Dinkidi. I'm not really after the big loss (but of course, it i will have, i'd be happier) but more of its health benefits. Right now, I don't get tired easily. Maybe because I am always refreshed with water. Cos I drink a lot. Any maybe because I don't eat a lot now. I can finish my house tasks faster. Lol.
