Hi there people. I'm Meghan. This is the first time I dropped by the website to order acaislim but I'd been using it for 2 weeks now, courtesy of my best friend who shared one of her bottles with me. I've already lost 2 kg after taking it for 2 weeks. I hope it will continue to give me the same amount of weight loss as I continue using it.

Go Meghan and welcome, well done with the 2 kilo loss, it is better long term if you don't lose it quite so fast, but it's great that your body likes the Acai berry, keep us posted on your progress and any details about you eg: height, weight, goal weight etc

Hi chelsea, just like meghan i've been using a/s for almost three weeks. i really have no time for formal work outs and exercising. but i do household tasks everyday. i walk my dog the park at least twice a week. and that's basically the exercise i pair up with my A/S.. It's working. i already lost almost 2kg in two weeks. and 1 cm off the waist. I am happy with the results. we just need time, patience and hardwork.

That's real great news, Chelsea! Hi! This is Betty...a newbie. Good to know that you're doing great with AS so far. I'm trying to lose 21 kilos...is it possible? And how long did it take for your AS to get to you?

Hi, Dinkidi. Thanks for the welcome. I'm really glad for the immediate loss I got from Acaislim. I'm weighing 75kg when I started with a/s and been wanting to go back to my weight when I was still in uni, that was 50kg. I stand 157cm so I think that would be my ideal weight.
It's been a month already since my first post in this forum. From then I lost another 3kg. So altogether I lost 5kg already for 1 1/2 months on a/s. This is great!

Thanks, Chelsea. Sure you can lose same weight as I did or maybe more! I do walk and jog before i go to work.

Hi Ms. Kelly! Wow that's a great one! A/S is really working on you sweetie! Am also glad you do walk/jog! It helps build muscle strength and endurance and maintain healthier bones and joints! I also do that so keep it up dear!
Walking is a great way to do all round exercise, especially with the nice weather coming up, but if you want to do more and don't have the time or don't like gyms, maybe incorporate sit ups or jog a little on your walk, run up stairs insted of walking etc maybe even walk with some hand or ankle weights.

I must agree with this DD. Some people do not really have the time to go to a gym. In my case I do jog in the morning with my new female neighbor. And in the afternoon I walk my dog Sparky.
I try to read all threads daily, if i don't repond just know its because i needed to leave the net but will eventually return. There is millions of threads to read and respond on now which is a good thing.

I got another good loss of 1 kg last Monday, 12 Sept. Weight now, 68.1 kg. Still a long way to reach 50kg. Totally happy with less appetite, small portions I'm able to maintain. of course that's because of A/S. i wouldn't have been able to control myself on that if I'm not taking A/S. Walking/jogging still helping
